(EDIT: by that I mean "pegs" you can bounce off of with a Galeforce unit (preferably an 8-move flier), not Pegasi with Galeforce lol) Mostly putting this here because it seems battle points are the most reliable way to get Felicia's Plate, and I can't collect battle points during most of the week, so yeah...
