BrightBow Posted June 14, 2021 Share Posted June 14, 2021 (edited) Now that we left the NES games behind us, we ran out of games that modern IS could actually improve. Mystery of the Emblem still had very clunky menus and controls similar to the NES games. But FE4 was the game were just controlling it was fun. Of course as things are, IS would rather outsource game development to Tecmo Koei, so they can keep working on their phone casinos. The story is another matter... 11 was a straight upgrade, 12 was a straight downgrade and Echoes made some great improvements but also a few mistakes. So I'd say storywise it can go either way. Because I totally see them giving us a Dáinn Holy Blood carrier just to we can complete the set, despite it being fine that we couldn't get them all.
