Icon of Sin
1 : Gengar, with Magmar a bit behind 2 : Really close between Scizor, Crobat and Houndoom, but I'll take Scizor 3 : None of them interest me much, but I guess Salamence 4 : I don't like many of them, but Honchkrow is nice 5 : Scrafty
I.M. Gei
Generation I: Pikachu (expected/10) II: Tyranitar III: Deoxys IV: Togekiss. Always liked him ever since I started competitive. V: Volcarona. How much more badass can you get than the best moth in Pokemon history?
Claude C Kenny
Gen 1: Charmander, Arcanine, and Nidoking Gen 2: Ampharos, Skarmory, and Crobat Gen 3: Blaziken, Cacturne, and Flygon Gen 4: Gallade, Weavile, and Garchomp Gen 5: Gigalith, Galvantula, and Genosect too many favorites! couldn't get just one, so I went top 3 per gen. Ein
1st generation: Dratini It's so cute. @_@ 2nd generation: Totodile It reaches its 3rd evolution by level 30. LEVEL FREAKIN 30! That's how you know Totodile has your back. 3rd generation: Sharpedo Sharpedo is a shark and sharks are awesome. 4th generation: GIBLE! Not only is Gible a shark, it's a land shark. And it also happens to be dragon that is also a shark that happens to be a land shark. If you haven't noticed I really like sharks. 5th generation: Joltik A cute spider and I like spiders. And this includes their evolutions and such. Huh... Just noticed I don't have anything that is furred or something like that as a favorite. Strawman
OH! This is a hard one! Generation 1: Arcanine and Onyx Generation 2: Ampharos, Steelix, Houndoom Generation 3: Masquerain, Camerupt Generation 4: Yanmega Generation 5: Basically all of them...with special mentions to Volcarona, Serperior, Dwebble, Tirtouga, and Mienshao. eclipse
My turn~! Gen 1: Fearow and Parasect. The former for Mirror Move, the latter for Spore. Gen 2: Piloswine. It's the right combination of cute and kickass. Gen 3: Altaria and Spinda. Altaria is the only Dragon that doesn't have WTFBROKEN written all over it (and it's totally cute). No two Spinda are alike, and they're cute. Gen 4: Uhh. . .Drapion, I guess, with Toxicroak not far behind. Drappy's amusing, and Toxicroak is my answer to Water moves. Gen 5: Gothita and Ferrothorn. The former is cute, the latter is a friggin' wall.
Big Klingy
Gen 1: Charizard Gen 2: Tyranitar (actually it's tecnically Ho-oh, but I want to leave Ubers out of this. I'm not too fond of the 2nd gen Pokemon as a whole.) Gen 3: Blaziken Gen 4: Lucario Gen 5: Too hard. I'll say Galvantula. (hon. mentions to Samurott, Volcanora, Hydreigon, Darmanitan, Zoroark, Escavalier, Chandelure, Ferrothorn and Bisharp
whase
gen 1: Squirtle gen 2: Quagsire haven't watched/played the games of later generations, though I sometimes feel like replaying blue/fire red/leaf green
Florete
Though I really haven't had enough time with Gen V to make a clear decision. Zorua is mainly because I liked the 13th movie.
Jaybee
Gen 1: Gen 2: Gen 3: Gen 4: Gen 5: Blastoise was my first ever fully evolved Pokemon, Scizor is badass, Rayquaza is badass, Darkrai is badaass, and Cincinno is soooo damn cute~

'cuz that would be my favorite for that generation (if it's 2nd gen, Quagsire still wins though)
