That seems reasonable to me, some people as vig shoot early and often, after all. Secondly, it could have been a serial killer. That seems more likely, on a blind guess. The third option though... well, I was talking to JB not long ago, and... well, normally talking about setup is considered scummy but I think knowing what we're actually up again might help.
