    Sakurai can't just look at the tier list and decide who to nerf/buff based on that alone (especially since there isn't a concrete tier list for this game yet). I agree that Ike could be buffed a bit, but I don't think he needs much and that he largely is where he should be. I think the only real problem I have with him is his forward smash, which I think could come out a bit faster and have less cool down (even if it's at the cost of some knockback). Ike is going to get walled out by someone like Robin just by the very nature of their styles, though. RD Ike just doesn't have good resistance.

    Nerfs: Diddy Kong in general, but especially the down/up throw -> up air combo. Ness' back throw. Sonic's kill throws (a character this fast should not have such powerful throws). Captain Falcon's forward smash (not by too much, but it feels way too powerful as it is given his speed and options in general). Pikachu's Heavy Skull Bash. Villager's Counter Timber + Exploding Balloons (just something to not make this combination so dumb). I feel like Sheik could also use a nerf somewhere, but I don't know where. Buffs: Dr. Mario's recovery (it's practically Little Mac levels of awful). Marth and Lucina's sword length (they're the only sword users for whom I feel like their sword length isn't right). Less cool down on down air would also be really nice. Wii Fit Trainer's hit boxes and cool down on smash attacks. Seriously, they suck. Zelda should be able to act of Din's Fire. What the fuck, Sakurai? Fox and Falco can act out of side B but not Zelda? I feel like some other characters could use buffs but I don't really know where (even on characters I use like Ike and Samus). I'm not really thinking strictly of tier lists, either. Like, I think Little Mac sucks, but I also feel like he is exactly as he should be and doesn't need to change.

    Voted for FKamui/MKamui, but as long as "MU" isn't in there I'll be fine.

    So it sounds like we might get what is Japan's downloadable version (single game with locked choice at Ch 6) and have to buy the other separately. Either way, we only buy one version up front. I am okay with this.

    I loved seeing her in Awakening, but I don't think she'll get as much of a spotlight again. I trust they'll still keep her as the menu girl, though. They had better.

    I am 99% sure that is a man. The face and the voice (even if it is just one word) don't leave much room for anything else to me. Bishounen, definitely, but a man.

    While that's not exactly wrong in my case, it's more that it's just...dumb. Can you imagine going into battle and riding a dragon in your underwear? Thing is, I don't actually care too much because I care more about how a character is written than how they're designed. If Camilla is a super well-written character, I'll love her despite the appearance.

    The most recent Golden Sun game bombed and his effect is similar to the Gust Bellows. I'd sooner take these as reasons for his exclusion. For the record, I'm not opposed to Isaac as DLC, I just don't think the removal of his assist trophy says anything. I believe Sakurai when he said he wasn't considering DLC until he was done with the main game.

    The point is that it's doubtful Isaac's assist trophy was removed in order to make him a fighter.

    I didn't even notice Camila's lower half until just now. Wow, that's so dumb it's almost funny. Well, they're clearly keeping the same style as Awakening, so it's not exactly a surprise after characters like Tharja and Aversa. (When I first saw her in the trailer I even said, "There's Aversa.")

    The game was only talked about (officially) once prior to this reveal, though. Besides, they never said this is the only choice we'll make.

    It seems as though voting restrictions may not have been well-implemented.

    Helirin was also removed as an assist trophy. Must be planned as a DLC fighter.

    No one is voting for Adam Malkovich, lol. You should replace him with Impa (perfect poll positioning, even). I, however, voted for Dixie Kong.

    I think it could definitely happen. Compare this to Awakening's avatar, which was always a single hooded figure. For this, they show both off very evenly. It's not like this is an unprecedented concept; Pokemon has done it since Ruby/Sapphire (though not in Black/White). I would be quite pleased with it myself, especially if you can customize both. EDIT: For the record, I don't expect it, I just think it's possible and would be cool.

    While you're technically correct, that's clearly not a factor since Alfonso replaces Link on the train if a Link is in play.

    It's far from what I expected, and honestly, it doesn't even really look like something I'd enjoy...but I'm still looking forward to it. I'm optimistic it will turn out good.

    This is entirely irrelevant, and if they didn't expect that (especially with Ridley), they're morons.

    If they don't want to vote for assist trophies, that's on them. If someone else wants to vote for Lyn, they're not going to care that she's already an assist trophy. Nothing says not to vote for a character like her, so people will.
