Maybe Portugal? I remember no one would wear seatbelts when I was there.
Could be just people not following the law, though...
In Portugal you have to wear seatbelts as well. If you don´t, you have to pay 100 €.
I think they are not obligatory maybe in some African and Asien countries, which have a bad traffic infrastucture.

In my childhood my parents listened to 80s music and techno (Faithless, The Prodigy). Most of the songs from the 80s were by Depeche Mode. My parents and me got every studio album except for Exciter from 2001. It is the band, which influenced me the most. And it is great that this band still exists and makes fantastic tunes.

If my birthday is not in the weekend, I am going to school, work or university, that´s it! It´s the business life. It is an usual day, so there is nothing much to celebrate.
I always celebrete it later the next weekend. I usually invite some friends to a special restaurant (japanese, chinese, mexican). This time I spend two of my friends and me a trip to Paris!

I hate it to kill Mustafa. One of the most tragic bosses in the entire series. He has to be the martyr to spare his family. He does not deserve the death. I really wished, you could get him.

If you are talking about hookah's explicitly they are as dangerous as cigarettes, if not, worse, as you are inhaling a lot more. I personally have not heard of only inhaling armoas, maybe you are mistaking it for the flavoured tobacco or an equivalent product that produces flavoured smoke/steam?
On another note It is strange hearing about hookah being considered a trend considering my friends grandfathers have showed them how to use it since adolescence
No, I meant electric hookahs without tobacco. You inhale aromas like fruits, vanilla etc. They are legal for everyone, so teenagers are going to use them. I do not know the English name of this hookah.

But...you would have to play this on Easy anyhow to accumulate enough EXP to have her promote as Heal staves are very hard to come by at this point of the game and that she starts at LV1.
I have never played a Mist solo and I will not do it. But I can give these information, because it is the only one way to train her. And I can give these information, because these are the FE parts, I have played the most.
C13 will be tricky as it houses the first of two Energy Drops. It was difficult enough to get the chest without having the ship seized by crows in a Titania solo, so I'm not confident that it's possible with Mist. The outcome likely depends on my ability to manipulate Gatrie into guarding the ship. I could also cheat and have Ike guard the ship if I decide to use my BExp on Ike instead of Ena.Maybe, I would recommend to bring Jill and/or Marcia to chapter 13 to arrive the houses in time. It always worked in my solo playthroughs.

Don't get me wrong, I am against the banning of cigarettes in public areas, my analogy with the car can be taken either way depending on your stance. I would hold the position of it stripping away freedom of choice, but that topic has already been debated here.
I honestly do not mind smoking, there is a significant argileh (hookah as most people call it?) culture that I grew up with where I live due to the Lebanese population. Most smokers I see go out of their way to avoid smoking in crowded areas, there is the occasional one doing it in the middle of fifty others but if you have such severe asthma that you have to steer clear of the smoker then I really doubt It's such a hindrance to take a few extra steps, I had to do it quite a bit as a child when my asthma was considerably worse.
I tolarate smoking as well, if smokers are considerated. It is passion and some people need that.
While I'm unsure, are electronic cigarettes any better in terms of health, especially for second-hand smoke? Last time I checked, the effects were still unknown.
Electronic do not cause steam, but the smoker exhales aerosol, which can be dangerous. I do not know that much, so here is a link.

I have heard about a new trend. A hookah, you can inhale aromas. It is legal for children. I have no idea, what is the name and how it works exactly. I only watched a short report on German TV.

Used a Master Seal...too no doubt. It's going to be hard to keep Mist alive there as you would have to use Rhys to keep her restored, or the Vulneraries that you have up until that point till Vulneraries become available to buy.
There is no masterseal you can get before chapter 10 (boss).

Another point I hate about smoking is the group pressure. In my schooltime around (five years ago), you were an outsider, if you did not smoke or/and drink alcohol on parties or festivals. And the fact that neither I drank alcohol nor I smoked, I was an outsider for many people. I had very bad experience with alcohol and second hand smoking in my past so I will complety ignore any sort of drugs in my life. And I do not care, if other people expel me for that. To my mind my health is more important than this "kind" of friends.
Cigarettes are 100% detrimental to your health and to your wallet. Plus, you're hurting others by smoking around them.
I honestly don't know what to think about it in terms of the law. Yes, I feel it should be banned, but in what capacity? It's weird to think about cocaine-snorting areas or heroine-injecting areas, but that's pretty much what I analogize the smoking areas to. It's just a socially acceptable drug.
Personal story - my grandpa's best friend in the air force died of lung cancer at a young age, when they were both ~40, and from then on, he stopped cold turkey and has since remained clean. He's now almost 80. My uncle also smoked for 30 years, but has quit for about two years now. That might be why I feel strongly about cigarettes, but regardless, smoking should definitely be illegal. It's just enabling health issues.
True words! I have nothing to add! I think cigarettes are only still exist, because of their historical tradition and the fact that many people need them to work off stress.
PS: I never started to smoke, because my parents were the perfect example! Thanks them I am asthmatic!
You might as well ban the limit of cars going a certain speed because higher speeds burn more fuel resulting in more co2 emissions and also makes you have a higher risk of getting in an accident and hey, noise pollution.
So true. And that is the reason, why I prefer the train.
And I will never understand, why a car has to need a max speed 150 mph, although you do not get the possibility to reach this speed anyway becase of speed limits and traffic jams.

I recently got into the FE franchise. Thanks to Dolphin, I am now able to play FE9, which I never got around to when I still had a GameCube (and a TV). My first playthrough was a female-only "challenge", which turned out to not be much of a challenge. The female cast has quite a number of broken units, including Marcia, Jill, Astrid, Titania, etc. For my second playthrough, I decided to stick to a single character, and after much deliberation settled on... Mist.
In this playthrough, I will only use Mist once she becomes available in ch9. From ch10 onwards, I will only deploy (unarmed) Ike and Mist. This will all happen on Hard mode with fixed growths. The obvious challenge is that Mist's strength cap is a meager 20 (16 natural). She is also sadly unable to heal herself.
Promoting Mist was more challenging than I expected, as the pirate with the Hand Axe kept killing her. I won't be winning efficiency awards any time soon.
Why not have Ike do it since he's forced in every map anyways?

What difficulty are you playing this on?He is playing on hard mode and is doing a Mist solo. I think, he has unequipped his units in chapter 9, so she could heal enough to promote. After the promotion to a valkyrie she can use swords.

The Tellius series has a similar system already => Bexp.
The sooner you finish a chapter or the more partner units survive, the more bexp. you get. This can you use to boost your units.
I like the idea in general, but there should not be unlocked that much. It would be kinda unfair for newcomers. So I agree with this statement:
Personally I feel people who are really bad at FE shouldn't be forced to miss out on things like new characters and things.... items sure, but not characters.

I'd expect a wrath+resolve Ike instead of an aether Ike.
I can only agree with this! Ike with wrath and resolve is the easier and especially faster way to beat (bezerk) Ashnard.

You know what I hate? I hate it when people demand I put out a cigarette, even when I'm trying to be considerate about my smoking. They act like they're doing a favor but the five extra seconds of life they give is five seconds spent hating their guts and plotting revenge.
More commonly is the looks people give me and my friends when we smoke in an alley and they pass by. It's a look that says "fuck you asshole, poisoning my air." I haven't smoked in months but come on. I'm betting most of the posters here do the exact same thing, in which case right back atIt is good to read the point of view by a smoker. I can feel your pain that you are discriminated just because smoking is your passion. To be honest I would react to the same way probably, just because the smoke made me sick (asthma). I know it is a shameful excuse, but I cannot face a person, who has a lit cigarette in his hand. I would look down to the ground and hold my breath. It is not my intention to detest the smoker, I just cannot stand the smoke. The smoke causes me headaches and breathlessness at once. It is the same I ignore the contact to my parents, if they are smoking. I do NOT hate the person, who smokes. But rather I hate the smoke!
I would divide the non smokers into two groups:
Non smokers, who do not hate the smoker, but the smoke (like me), because they got health issues.
Non smokers, who have prejudices against smokers. Smokers are regardless, dirty, have no good passions etc.

Wow, ToZ looks EPIC! I cannot wait for to play it! If this will be great as Abyss or Vesperia (I began with), that would be awesome!
