It's called confirmation bias. Snowy is simply referring to how people always complain that 1% criticals kill them and claim the game cheats because of it, despite the fact that trials show fair play (or if anything unfair in the player's favor).

I know the thread has left this point, but I feel like I need to explain why Lifetaker can be considered a good skill. From full health you can attack on player phase, doubling and killing but taking a counter attack, but remain at full health or close to full health thanks to Lifetaker. With this you can still have an enemy phase without a staffer healing you, or galeforce into another attack without worry. On paper its a good skill. The problem is that it only matters in specific situations. If you aren't in those situations, the consistent healing of Renewal will be more useful to you than Lifetaker's healing. Either way, healing skills are bad altogether.

It's unfortunate we have to deal with the not top-of-the-line QB play, but it's hardly bad enough to complain about. You want to know what's been bad the past two weeks? Defense. I mean, the Eagles scored three touchdowns, all of them on pass plays of 35+ yards. And then an extended drive to kill the game for the second straight week? That's terrible.

Seneca Wallace did just about everything a QB can do wrong in last nights game, including taking 2 sacks to end the game. Lang's injury probably didn't help the O-line any, but Wallace has got to get rid of the ball. Beyond that, the defense didn't show up. In no small part because Capers blitzed early and often and never got there.

Jets beat the Saints because it's the Jets week to play actual football. Next week they'll forget how to again.

I do question just how much the boots help in Part 3. I mean, Jill can't really get credit for Part 4 boots use if Haar (or someone else) can replicate her Part 4 if he gets boots. Jill still gets credit for the improved Part 3, of course. She'd just only get Part 4 boots improvement credit depending on how many units we can give them to that create that improvement. Even a slightly lesser improvement in Part 4 because of boots going to someone else cuts into her utility from getting boots.
