My headcanon places ice in anima. Earth could work too I guess, but water? I don't see that being much use unless the monsters make a return and a monster species that's a thing made out of lava/fire is added. Water can damage if it's shot with enough pressure, but ice would be more powerful, and it basically IS water...having both water and ice elements works in Pokemon but that's about it imo. With earth, are we talking mud/dirt or leaves/plants? Are vines coming out of the ground and snaring the enemy or what? I'd rather just add ice tbh. My affinity list used to be massive. I had 12! One for each month. Let's see...fire, water, ice, wind, dark, light, nature, cosmic, metal, stone, thunder, ground. But a lot of them overlapped. There's like 4 in there that can be combined into earth. So I switched to the affinity/birthmonth system from FE7 and replaced anima with earth because of preference. Tellius has a heaven affinity, and I work with that world the most...I just tweak it to fit. Elincia can be light, and Lethe can have thunder like Lyre since it's birthmonth based and they're twins. It makes the affinities more like zodiac/horoscope signs, I like that idea.

I always figured Roy was 1/3 ice dragon. Ninian is half ice dragon iirc. If she has a kid with Eliwood, a pure bred human, that kid (Roy) will have a teeny bit of ice dragon genes. It's crazy how that would work and it makes my brain hurt...and it's disturbing if you think about a human (Nergal) breeding with a dragon to produce Ninian and Nils. I mean it's no Ashnard and Almedha...the dragons of Elibe don't naturally have human forms. I might be wrong but isn't Nergal Ninian and Nils' father? Anyway...somebody should translate that novel. It's not fair that Japan gets all the cool stuff.

He's decent enough in part 3, not as good as in part 1, but man, in part 4, he sucks. I think he actually did more damage before promotion in parts 3/4.

I'm feeling nostalgic. This game was a big hit back in the day on FE Online. Can be abbreviated as WCWY. Post a question like...WCWY most likely be friends with, WCWY bake cookies with, etc etc etc. Next poster answers it and posts a new one. Note that this is a FE forum, so FE characters only. Okay that makes sense. So on second + playthroughs, they kill Lekain and rip the paper up. And ikr...that part is depressing. Never mind how Micaiah was able to actually stab him in the heart when her strength stat tends to suck *bricked* They're both squishy mages anyway so I guess it works. But that's gameplay stuff anyway.

It's revealed that there are two standards that have to be met to escape a blood pact: 1: Signer of the pact is killed by a third party. 2: Document is destroyed. There's a bit of a plot hole on playthroughs after you beat it once, you can choose to let Pelleas live. BUT both standards have to be met. So by rights, even if the document is burned/shredded/whatever, Daein will still get the nasty plague because the person who signed it is still alive. Can anyone who's done a second playthrough explain this to me? I probably won't do a second playthrough for awhile so I don't care about spoilers, I know all the big ones anyway. How do they get out of this mess? Are things somehow reset after the goddesses intervene?
