Time to get around to the New Power banner. Might as well try for Sigurd. 4* Fir: Nope. And now Weekly Revival 11. Lene isn't exactly useful, so green for Grima. 4* Barst: Reposition fodder.

This week was absurdly easy thanks to the stat drops. I cleared it on my first try with a pretty unsurprising team. +HP Harmonic!Tiki+1: She didn't do very much beyond Repositioning. Melee has never been especially useful in this mode anyway, but Veronica at least had cavalry movement to assuage that. I didn't even need to use her Harmonized skill. +Def/-Res L!Leif: Useful as ever. Even with Njorun's Zeal being nerfed by the seals he did most of the work due to being just barely strong enough to ORKO the thieves with an Atk+3 seal. Fallen!Julia+2: She swept Olwen and Reinhardt away with trivial ease, then moved on to Leif and Osian. Not much else to say. +Spd/-Atk Phina: Dancing as usual, although she did get to fight Osian for a round before Julia pulverized him.

Time to start pulling for Tiki and Ninian. With 214 orbs I should be able to get a merge as well. 4* Sully: Draw Back fodder. No free 5*, I guess. Moving on. 3* Sheena: Meh. There were 4 grey orbs, so I probably missed a Xane back there. 185 orbs left. 4* Reinhardt: No. 3* Reinhardt: Really? Annoying. 176 orbs left. 4* Reinhardt: ...... This must be some sort of joke. 171 orbs left. 5* Perceval: A pity-breaker, but a good one! Full neutral, so decent enough. 3* Reinhardt: Are you kidding me? A nice surprise getting Perceval, but I have a higher goal here. 162 orbs left. 3* Reinhardt: What is this? 4* Valbar: Meh. I'm starting to wonder if my game is glitched. 153 orbs left. 4* Rath: Feathers. 148 orbs left. 4* L'Arachel: Meh. 5* Harmonic!Tiki: Yes! +Def/-Atk isn't very good, but having this pair is good enough. 3* Shigure: Meh. I'll take the other two orbs for fun. 3* Gunter: No. 3* Eirika: No. A little waste there, but 128 orbs should be enough to get a merge for Tiki and Ninian. 4* Shigure: Meh. 123 orbs left. 3* Boey: Feathers. 118 orbs left. 4* Est: No. 4* Effie: No. 109 orbs left. 4* Abel: Swordbreaker fodder. 104 orbs left. 3* Valbar: Feathers. 5* Harmonic!Tiki: There we go! +HP/-Res, so probably the master copy for now. 3* Effie: Ugh. I'll take the two green orbs to see if I get Grima. 4* Frederick: Meh. 4* Camilla: Draconic Aura for Tiki and Ninian. That went very well. 130 orbs got me two copies of Tiki and a Perceval to boot. Depending on future banners I may even come back here.

BHB banner first. Lethe could use a merge. 3* Eirika: Feathers. And now for a circle from Plumeria's banner. 167 orbs on hand after beating her MHBs. 5* L!Celica: No reds, but this is good too! +Atk/-Res, so I guess my current +Spd/-Atk copy is getting a merge to maintain her super-asset. 3* Mathilda: Feathers. 4* Odin: Moonbow fodder. 4* Wrys: Meh. 4* Chad: Meh. That was 15 wasted orbs at the end, but a merge for a really fantastic unit is good enough for me.

And so ends the last Resonant Battle with its original difficulty. I even managed to completely clear the map this time. B!Celica did amazing work with Galeforce and her new refine, taking out Lachesis, Ced, and Fallen!Julia all on Turn 1. Since Lilith couldn't come to the party Veronica unfortunately couldn't pull their usual shenanigans, but she still cleared most of the top left by herself while Celica went right. Peony and Eir completed the team. I've still managed to avoid using map-specific SI or any of the items, and with things getting easier from now on I can hopefully keep that trend going.

After the most recent story chapter this isn't surprising at all. Plumeria certainly looks powerful enough, and a lot of the other units look good, but I would prefer to keep stockpiling orbs for whenever the next Harmonic Hero is released. I'll probably just take one circle and hope I get Plumeria or a useful merge for one of my better units.

Hopefully this doesn't turn into an orb sink. 160 left. 3* Bantu: No. 3* Fir: No 151 orbs left. 3* Eliwood: No. 146 orbs left. 4* Mamui: Meh. 4* A!Tiki: Bonfire fodder. 137 orbs left. 3* Femui: No. 132 orbs left. 4* Mamui: Again? 127 orbs left. 3* Silvia: Feathers. 122 orbs left. 4* Hana: Feathers. 4* Palla: SI fodder. 113 orbs left. 3* Palla: Okay? 108 orbs left. 5* Fallen!Julia: Yes! Right before I fell below 100 orbs. Unfortunately +HP/-Def isn't a good master copy, so merge fodder it is. +2 now. All four of the other stones were grey, so that's that for this banner. Say'ri and a merge for Julia is quite nice for 79 orbs.

After the sheer elegance of my clear last week, this week's was really crude but kind of funny. My team was Harmonic!Mia+1, L!Lucina+2, Olivia, and Groom!Marth+1 of all units because he happened to have Wings of Mercy. I had absolutely nobody who could take out Valbar and Forsyth, so I rushed up the right side instead. I ended up having to use Swap and Future Vision on Mia 3 times in a row on Turn 3 in order to daisy-chain her up to the top of the map so Olivia could dance her into range of the top red thief. Thankfully my score of 431 should leave me safely in Tier 21 for another week.

Since PA!Olivia is available as a manual right now, I'll try a grey free pull for Performing Arts. 4* Felicia: Nope. That's a disappointment. Anyway, back to stockpiling.

IIRC, the Double Bow was the only bow in RD that could attack at 1-range. That's probably why. Glad I'm not the only one who thought that. Anyway, while I would like to pull on this banner, I do need to save orbs for the future. I'll just hope I get Shinon or Jill from the tickets.

So after muddling through with a solution that left me uncomfortably close to the cutoff at 421, I stumbled upon a route that not only gave me a much more comfortable score of 431, but also required only a single use of Dance and quite literally made the fourth unit completely unnecessary. I was one move away from an outright 2-unit clear. I'm so pleased with myself that I'm actually going to post some screenshots of what I did for once.

Double chance for a free Sigurd. First, Weekly Revival 6. 3* Ogma: Feathers. No surprise there. Now the TT banner. 4* Eirika: Meh. And since I'm a sore loser, one last circle on the Legendary banner with 23 orbs. I'll take anything I can get at this point. 5* Naga: Wow, three times in a row when I wanted zero. +Res/-Spd, so merge fodder. Still, she's a 5*. 5* Naga: I'm sorry, what? At this rate she'll be +10 completely by accident. +Def/-HP for the record. 4* Reinhardt: Finally something different. 4* Seliph: No. 4* Python: Moonbow fodder. On the one hand, I got 4 5*s from this banner. On the other hand, literally all of them are merges for the one unit I didn't want from this banner. I guess I have a +6 Naga now?

And I did some Chain Challenges, so back to 30 orbs for the Legendary banner. 4* Mordecai: No. 4* Florina: No. More disappointment. 21 orbs left. 4* Catria: Meh. 5* Naga: Again? I swear, every time she's on a banner she steals everyone else's spot. +Spd/-Def, so she's a good master copy at least. Might as well take the three grey orbs to see if I get lucky. 3* Klein: Meh. 4* Maria: No. 4* Niles: Iceberg fodder. Well, this banner was a complete waste of my orbs. ~200 spent just to get two nearly worthless merges for Naga.

A few more sniping attempts for Julia. 30 orbs on hand. 3* Cordelia: No. 3* Odin: Moonbow fodder. 3* Clair: Ugh. That was atrocious. 17 orbs left. 4* Mordecai: Meh. 4* Nowi: No. Up to a 10% pity rate now. I've spent nearly 200 orbs and all I've gotten is a nearly pointless merge for Naga.
