  1. XD Honestly, I didn't know what Shrimpy meant by numbers, either. But then I kinda figured it out. I think. xD
  2. OOF --- On the topic of Xenoblade 2, Ruben, it very much is anime. Like... if you've watched/heard of any of the big shonen series (Naruto, Dragonball etc.), it's basically that in video game form. With everything that entails.
  3. As much as I like Three Houses, I have to agree with this. The Season Pass is a disgrace. And the fact that a character added in a FREE update has more substance to him than a PAID DLC character (said DLC character being one of the very worst in the franchise on top of that, but that's a matter of opinion entirely) just adds insult to injury. And I did watch a Cindered Shadows playthrough out of curiosity... with one exception, the new characters suck. So not even that is really worth it. And as much as I dislike Fates, the DLC for that game is one heck of a lot better, that is true. Even if I do regret spending money on it, considering my relationship with the game as a whole, it was worth its money more than Three Houses'. And I am happy I have not gotten the Season Pass for Three Houses at all. I see! xD
  4. Who did the time travel, the teacher, or the student? xD
  5. That sounds... very weird. XD Me with a certain other FE game, when I got the DLC for it.
  6. I see! ... I think. XD Exactly. I've luckily stayed away from this. xD But yeah, most of the stuff in the Three Houses Season Pass is stuff that should have been in the base game to begin with. That is not a good look for Nintendo. They don't want more money. They want ALL of the money! And yeah, I agree with you.
  7. Sad but true. DLC should be true additional content, not the entire rest of the game, for one. And nowadays, I'm always wary when games have DLCs announced when the game is not even out yet. That's horseplop, no matter how you slice it, tbh. Another reason to love Nights of Azure: that game has no DLC whatsoever. What you buy is what you get, end of story. And games should go back to that. Make complete product > sell complete product. Not make product > release in shitty state > promise to fix later, like it is nowadays. Or alternatively make half-assed product > release the rest of the game later and advertise that rest as "additional content". In light of all of this and all the other BS the game industry is pulling these days, I start to care less and less about the moral repercussions of emulation, tbh.
  8. Oh, by the way, Shrimpy! When I continue playing Jeanne d'Arc, and get to a point where you haven't played it yet, should I put spoiler tags if I show screenshots/talk about plot? Agreed, and yeah, it's sad. Boycotts don't work, it's true. Still, I decide not to buy games from EA, Ubisoft, Activision, and the like, even if it will only make myself feel better. And maybe do the same with Gust Studios, while you're at it. They're too good for Koei Tecmo, who also have rather shady business practices (one game of theirs has over $1,000 worth of DLC, I shit you not). And the season passes for Blue Reflection and Atelier Ryza are horrendously overpriced... which is why I have gotten neither of those. XD Glorious!
  9. Sorry for sounding so cynical about all of this, haha Don't mean to dampen your excitement about the game at all. Didn't see the edit, my bad! Yeah, let's! ^^
  10. In that case, I do hope the game turns out well, and Ubisoft keeps its monetization schemes far away from it! And the execs keep their molesting hands off of the team who makes the game.
  11. Well, yeah, but still. The long hair looked better on her, I think. Now she just looks like a bootleg Saber. xD
  12. But yeah, fun game so far! Really enjoying it! Story is intriguing, too, particularly because the main villain is shaping up to be a small child, something I've only seen in Danganronpa Ultra Despair Girls so far. Guy on the left is the sorceror dude from the beginning, some guy by the name of Bedford.
  13. Oh hey, this game has a world map! Why'd you have to cut your hair?
  14. I won't, no worries! I will say, though, the boost to Jeanne's stats is pretty insane. It would be gamebreaking if it didn't have that turn limit.
  15. Also true. XD All that stuff is apparently this: So... she got Galeforce now, basically? Wow! Yeah, it's always the little man who suffers, while the top brass gets off scot-free. It sucks, I agree. The people working at Ubisoft are just poor workers who try to make a living doing what they (maybe) love, who get shat on by the higher ups. I think it's high-time someone shat on the higher-ups instead. Even more biting is that Ubisoft is a French company, part of the EU, which prides itself in superior workers' rights and protection. I won't comment further on this, but... well, just take it as a tidbit of information. Never without it! xD
  16. XD Will do, thank you! ^^ Yeah, just last year, some really dark shit was unearthed about them. Which contributed to my unwillingness to buy anything with their name on it. Absolutely. --- Jeanne is a Magical Girl confirmed? xD That armor does look pretty awesome though, all things considered.
  17. That is quite a few enemies for three people to deal with.
  18. So, the Englishmen summoned the Orcs, and they apparently burned down the village, too And so we begin Stage 2 with a new unit! Roger! He be bonkin', too!
