Sorry for just getting to play it, I patched it and left it sitting while I did work! I noticed a TON of characters colors are screwed up. Zelda's battle sprite is still Serra, the character who replaces Erk still has Erk's Colors, the theif you get in chapter 2 has screwed up colors, (Blue skin, odd hair color.)

Same. I am starting to actually try to fill up my support gallieres. I have played through the GBA FEs countless times, and they are still at 0~7%. :/

I would reccomend MK404's Hacks :) They pwn face? As well as Tactics Universe. :)

You obviosly aren't trying enough to make it hard. :/ If you are playing on an emulator, increase the stats of enemeies on Nightmare, or you can use crappy units, not promote, don't use supports (Because you need them in any game). Fact is, if you think this game it to easy, you aren't trying hard enough to make it harder.
