I agree with what has been said, I think we can help OP better with some more information, but I can understand if OP wouldn't want to give that because I assume it'll be very personal stuff. Professional help may indeed be the solution and can help OP a long way. However, should you just want to talk about what has happened, as in, to vent it out, I think you should be free to do so It may relieve a bit of the burden. Either way, it's your choice.

Hey Snowy, I've been reading this thread for most of the pages and I'd like to offer my 2 cents here as I can relate with how you feel So I read the quote here above, and I think it's a great opportunity. Sure, as others said, be on the lookout if they want to take advantage of you, but as you said, it's a friend of the family. I Think that lowers the chance. It's a good start either way, and I think that in the current market, you gotta take what you can get. My advice, give it a shot! If it's not what you sought, you can always quit and find something different anyway. As for the other stuff, I think it has been said before, but I'd like to emphasize that you should do something that you like to do. It gives you a better feeling, it gives others a better feeling because they see that you like it. It's a win - win situation. Don't do something you hate to do, because it'll only cost more energy and effort and the result may be dissappointing. At least, that's what I experienced. Don't be afraid to try new things though! That's the only way to find out if you like to do other stuff and in my experience, most girls also like it if guys have the balls to try new stuff The reason behind that is that you have subjects to talk about with them and makes the conversations easier. Let it go with da flow. In my own experience, just feel relaxed and talk about stuff that you like to, because it helps to keep the conversation going. If the girl likes it, you'll notice. If she doesn't, well, too bad. We move on I suppose, right? Every girl is different anyway. Conclusion, do something you can enjoy. Don't look up what others enjoy, because you may not enjoy it as they do. But do feel free to try new things, so that you learn new fun stuff. In any event, good luck with whatever you do. Hey guys, great posts and information here! Just read through it all and found it very informative. Just wanted to add my 2 cents down below Do you guys notice that there are two pictures with Kamui about to battle an enemy? On one picture, he seems to look angry/ distressed while on the other one it looks like he feels good/ happy. Do you guys have any idea what that could mean? Perhaps something with support level or perhaps... biorhythm? I don't think it's HP related because when you look at the HP bars, the picture of the happy Kamui has an HP bar where he has taken a bit of damage, whilst in the other picture where Kamui has no damage taken at all makes him look distressed. Anyways, any ideas?

Here is my list, some stuff may have been said before, but here goes: Deep and compelling characters A well written and interesting story Realistic support conversations and support progress please! An avatar that isn't a Mary Sue *looking at you Robin* Less grinding, or make something that makes grinding fun to do (if that's possible o.O). Those are the most important things I'd like to see in FE14. Of course, I think it's wishful thinking if I'd expect them in this Fire Emblem xD. Nevertheless, fingers crossed!

I agree with this completely and it would make me very sad if the game would be released in the West as two seperate games. Because, as stated above, I'm not getting the full narrative to be able to make a well judged choice to side with either party, if two seperate games would be released. A bit off topic here though. I hope that in the next NintendoDirect we'll get some more information on this point. That they either confirm or deny if two seperate versions will be released in the West.

Even though I think FE14 will have marriage implemented in it, I'd rather have no marriage in it at all. Because if IS do implement marriage in FE14, it'll be like FE Awakening and as stated by others before, some marriage supports in Awakening were found ridiculous. I didn't like some of them either. So if IS does go with marriage in FE14, I hope that they are more realistic. That's why I voted for an end-game marriage. *Fingers crossed!*

What I miss in this thread, is that Islam also encourages love. I am not versed in the Islam, so I've been looking up these parts. Forgive me if I've cited wrongly, I did not mean to offend believers of the Islam. One can also fight with patience and with virtue, not necessary with violence. ISIS believes that they should, but as I've cited above, Allah awards those that do good. The Quran says so! So I think that means ISIS believes in a perverted way of Islam, Allah would never encourage slaughter, when I look upon these verses. And there are many other verses like these. Then there are the civilians, who believe properly in the Islam. They're the real victims. Because we got fools like ISIS on this world, that make us think that people who believe in Allah are like ISIS, what we shouldn't do. The common man/ woman that follows Islam would never resort to violence. I mean, I'm Christian myself, and I'm sure that the Bible says that we ought to make people believe in God, perhaps even through violence. I don't know, I haven't read the Bible. What I'm trying to say is though, please don't say Islam is bad, because I don't think the problem lies with the Islam. The Islam encourages virtue, patience and love as well. To fight those who don't believe in Allah isn't necessarily through violence. At least that's what I believe when I read these verses.

However, after some time, a strange face had arrived at Daein's court. He was welcomed warmly by the newly crowned queen, as if he was a long-time friend. However, the nobility and the people of Daein were wary and cautious of him. And he too, had to grow to the unfamiliar faces of Daein's court and country. Though progress was slow and it took much effort, in time he was welcomed by everyone. Through his wise council, together with warm and guiding hands of Micaiah, the reconstruction of Daein went faster than anyone could dream of. A golden age had arrived for not only for the people of Daein, but for every people on Tellius. All were welcome in Daein, and all prospered. Assuming this is at least a weapon, I think we can assume that this weapon has great importance in the story. She points it out in the sky, in the middle of the sun, like the weapon itself is a beacon of light. Yup, I'd bet my small toe that this weapon will be part of the central plot in Fire Emblem if.

Sure I'd like them back. I'd also like it if they made the critical hits flashy and awesome like the ones in RD en the GBA Fire Emblems :).

Hai guys! This a great thread, good job Glaceon organising this! I really enjoyed reading the support conversations in this thread :D. So I've been thinking to do a C-B-A support conversation myself, and I think it'll be between Soren and Micaiah. IIRC they had a conversation, when the Greil Mercs fought the Dawn Brigade to create a distraction for the Laguz army (not sure which chapter it was), which wasn't a very positive one (xD). However I think they CAN warm up to one another, which I'd love to write. I'm leaning toward a non-romantic epilogue, but that's still unsure. As I'm an amateur writer though, is it possible to get some feedback on it before I publish it in on this forum? My knowledge of the personalities in FE10 is a bit rusty, so things may not be completely accurate D:. I'd like to avoid that. Anyways, if it's possible, I'd like to write the C-B-A supports between Soren-Micaiah! I'll finish it as soon as I can, given the little free time I have.

Aye this, it would make the choice of choosing sides harder and much more interesting imho. If Garon would indeed be a more gray person instead of being wholly evil, or if Hoshido had dark features, like practising forbidden magics or I don't know what, the story would imo get very interesting. However, can we expect this in this Fire Emblem? I hope so.. but I think not :<

Team undecided for now. Nohr's story sounds way more interesting than *Rainbows, unicorn and happiness* Hoshido, but then again I need to know the characters, lore and story first before I can choose a side. Which will be hard as we probably gotta make the choice when we buy our games D:

I personally don't think a marriage system will return. I'm more leaning towards a bonding system, at least with the ones you grew up with/ your blood-relatives. Perhaps they'll make a mixture of it? That you can marry with the units that aren't the ones you grew up with/ that are your blood-relatives and bond with the ones that are?

I personally think the song played in the trailer will be the theme of this Fire Emblem. Not the main theme, but more something like the Id versions you hear in FE:A. There is a theme in those soundtracks that you hear in (most) other Id songs as well. I think the same thing will happen with the theme we heard in this trailer of FE:if. On a side note, great job providing a translation of the song!
