What's the best way to train Dew prior to the Elite Ring? His best sword is a Slim, he does like no damage and he can't double. How the hell do I train him to promotion (would love to steal shit and kill at the same time).

Arena down a shitload. I don't care where it goes but it has to be below Lyn at the very least. Arena doesn't save you turns. You waste turns getting Exp there. Is ~50 (~38 for a kill and 11-12 for healing) Exp going to save you any turns in the long run? Pretty sure it won't.

I personally say Vendor > Secret Shop based on availability and ease. Secret Shops have this habit of making us go out of the way to get to them *cough**Sands of Time**cough*. In all seriousness, Merlinus is currently unranked with the possibility of coming off of the tier list. Nobody can agree if he should be ranked or shouldn't (I'm for the shouldn't) and even if he is ranked, I personally can't see him rising above Nino (Shire, just so you know, I will argue for Merlinus at the bottom of the list if we agree to rank him). Next order of business. Fiora and Canas. Both have had people agree with me saying that they should move up. But how are we going to move them?

Is SylviaxAlec a good pairing at all or not? Or is Claude the only suitable Sylvia pairing?

Either way, this game isn't fair. Sandima fucking OHKO'd Dew IN A FOREST. I thought thieves were supposed to dodge shit.

But Merlinus doesn't follow conventional Fire Emblem rules. 1. He doesn't die. How many other units in Fire Emblem (from 1 to 9 and FEDS) come back in the next map, even if they die? FE10 is a different case because it's story line based (fighting your own units). 2. He doesn't level up by gaining Exp. He just levels up once a map. How many other units in Fire Emblem do that? Here's a hint. It's starts with a Z and rhymes with Nero. 3. He has no commands other than Wait. How many other units do that? If I see good logic for why Merlinus should be considered a proper unit, I'll back it. But right now, all I'm seeing is "Convey has a face, a name and certain stats. Therefore, he's a unit". And I'm not buying that logic because stats don't make a unit. Commands do. Last I checked, we rank units on how well they utilized their commands (I feel a giant Nino shitstorm coming again), not for how well they exist.

I got like 16/70 in that round. God damn questions... I say 35/70 is the average.

OK, another question. If I have a unit lose in the arena, would it be possible to just sit them in their home base for a turn so that they gain back their HP or do I need to heal them (church or staff)?

Is LachesisxFin even possible? I'm looking at the Love growths and it says that I need 500+ to make them fall in love and sitting them beside each other is 5 points a turn. If I do that for chapter 2 and 3, I get 500 exactly. But if I fuck up about 10 turns (AKA the first 10 turns it takes to save Nodion in C2), then will I even make the cut? Or is the +2 love growth added to the 5 points for standing beside each other?
