  1. Found it. Here is an article from ynet, a news site in Israel. Other broadcasters (Washington Post, BBC...) also have the story but they all try to downplay the murders and focus more of "well, it's still Israel's fault", which really is nothing new. Notice that the attacks were reported on October 1st while the Old City was officially shut down on October 4th. There's a couple of things I do want to mention. - If anybody supports the idea of an Intifada, it means that you support genocide. The eventual goal of the Intifadas is not to "stop the occupation". The goal is the eradication of Israel and everyone in it (including me). Hence the attacks on civilians rather than soldiers. - Israel isn't perfect but how can a country that gives complete rights to Arabs (right to vote, own businesses and land, run for government...) be considered apartheid? A little food for thought. EDIT: This is the Facebook profile picture of an UNRWA (United Nations Relief and Works Agency) worker in Gaza. As I said before, they don't want peace. They just want us dead. Here's your proof.
  2. Nope. The start was a shooting of a Jewish couple in the car with their kids (can't remember names or number of kids). Both parents died while the kids survived. Then a metric shitton of stabbings in Jerusalem and Tel Aviv (one of them at a mall about a half hour walk from my apartment) sent the government into overdrive. There's been about 150 or so cases of firebombs/stabbings/shootings at civilians (soldiers aren't the primary target) in two weeks. But leave it to the media to claim that the shutdown of the Old City is the starting point. It won't take me long to find out the exact details of the first event but I'm currently at work.
  3. Five dollars say that this game gets more sign-ups than mine... and I only need 10 total.
  4. I'm scared for my sister's life. She's a soldier and has to pass through Jerusalem to get to base in the West Bank. I really wish she had a gun. There have been something like 150 attacks on Israeli population in the last week. Stabbings, firebombs, shootings... It won't get mentioned by the media because God forbid should we paint the Palestinians as anything but helpless victims. Seriously, I've been seeing headlines saying that Palestinians who carry out these attacks are the casualties. It's just depressing because we just want to go on with our own lives and they just want to kill us.
  5. McCown had over 450 yards through the air and a lot of clutch throws. Lots of respect for Cleveland in that win.
  6. It's the Browns. Other teams find ways to win. The Browns find ways to lose.
  7. BILLS WIN! THERE'S YOUR MIRACLE! Wow, that was a heart attack waiting to happen.
  8. Titans punt, Bills lead by 1 and have 3rd and 3 at the 2 minute warning. If we convert, game over. Let's see a real miracle in the Music City.
  9. And Tyrod put the game on his shoulders. 5 and half to go and the Bills lead by 1.
  10. And once again, it's depressing to be a Bills fan. Thank god we're only down 3-0 at halftime.
  11. Looking for two more people. C'mon guys, you'll enjoy this game. A lot of thinking, it's very simple (rolewise and set-up) and it'll be quick too.
  12. Turnover on downs at the Giants 1? REALLY?! This team drives me up the wall. TOUCHDOWN! THIRD TIME IS THE CHARM!
  13. We finally drive down the field, get dumped for a major loss on 2nd to give 3rd and 12, can't convert and Carpenter misses the lay-up. This team drives me insane. It's been doing this to me for 15 years and they still won't stop. Just give me a W, please.
  14. I hope they throw this game. Tyrod needs to really step up and jump start this inept offence. THE THROW IS ON! 1st and 20!
  15. Painful to watch. Penalties are killing us. And we can't generate a rhythm on offense.
  16. Defense showed up today. 1/2/3/OUT. Strong in Buffalo, the 13th man is! Offense can't move the ball though and turned it over for a turnaround TD.
  17. Bills have two straight 3-and-outs. Looks like Sammy really is huge for the offense. Giants D is playing pretty lights out right now and I'm worried about their offense because they're playing hurry-up from the get-go.
  18. AHAHAHAHAHA. Fuck fantasy. Miami's run stop is horrendous. I thought it was just a fluke with Karlos absolutely destroying them last week but Chris Ivory's having a career day. And Stacy's got a TD now. 27-7.
  19. You mean that article on Daryl Talley? Miami looks bad. Really, really bad. As I typed that, Tannehill took another sack. Forget the defense, Miami has OL problems. And I want Miami to win because I don't want a 3-1 Jets squad.
  20. With a gun up to my head, I pick Thursday Next from Jasper Fforde's main series (the Thursday Next files). There's just something about a badass mom who doubles as a literary detective inside books who can be foul mouthed and obscene whenever she wants.
  21. First point, I was pointing out Ana's flaws because she compared them to Brady/Roethlisburger/Manning/Rodgers but since you called me out, gladly. I've been watching Cam since college and I've always felt that he was overrated. He's great with his feet and extending plays but he's not a QB I feel comfortable watching. His biggest noticeable flaw is simply his accuracy, even in the pocket. He's got a completion record of less than 60% for his career. Even in the pocket, it feels like he's scared to sit there and just wait for the route to develop. My biggest issue, however, are his highs and lows. Cam very rarely has just a solid game (and long stretch too if you think about it). He's either a dud or a stud. He's been working on it this season but I really believe that Cam will never take that additional step to become great. I might watch some Carolina games from this season (probably vs. the Jags) to see if that really holds up.
  22. Then stop posting wrong information as fact. Accept the fact that while you like Cam Newton, he's middle of the road and a lot more hyped up than he deserves to be.
