Ever since FE7, its become customary for me to look up the map for the desert chapters because: 1.) I want all the treasure 2.) I don't want to waste to much time 3.) The less in danger my units are (and in FE:RD's case, my unit's experience is less likely to be stolen...darn you BK). So, when it came time for FE:PoR , i looked up the map and lo and behold...Stefan! I did the same thing for FE:RD too. Looked up for the map and then..."Oh hey, there Stefan!" At least he seems more reasonable to get in RD since you'll probably be going in the direction of his spot than in PoR. I can see that so vividly! Just minding your own business and then the recruitment theme starts up...

Wow...this is actually a lot harder than I thought it would be! Let's see... If there are no restrictions: Mia, Nephenee, Marcia, Jill, Ilyana, Brom, Soren, Titania, Ike, Lyn, Hector, Rebecca, Matthew, Ephraim, Joshua, Lucina, Robin, Owain, Cherche, Morgan (Jill got me to fall in love with wyvern riders and Nephenee is B.A., especially in FE10. Both are tanky and destructive as heck...I love it!) I really love characters that excel in speed and/or power (names in bold pretty much the top class...more or less...minus a few)! If there are restrictions(gender, personality, etc.), a.k.a being Realistic: Ike, Soren, Hector, Ephriam, Robin, Morgan, Owain I think Morgan and Soren are pretty much the heads and tail of me. Morgan fits my very positive, goofy, (child-like heart,) and helpful side that most people see. Soren fits my reserved and cold side that I have a tendency not to show unless I need to. I can seem quite rude and mean towards some people sometimes (and if not for God, I would REALLY seem like Soren because then I wouldn't hold back) Both of them share my good tactics skill, determination, seriousness, and how I don't really care what people really think of me. However, if I had to pick one......I'd go with...Morgan! Morgan has good skills with swords and magic... a beautiful combination for me! (Probably would've chosen Ike or Nephenee other wise...love those two!) Notice how more than half my list is made up of FE:Path of Radiance [FE9] and FE: Radiant Dawn [FE10] characters and how most of them are females? That's because:1.) I love FE9 and (to a certain and similar extent) FE10 2.) A lot of the Females in FE are freakin' awesome! Especially those from Tellius(not to disrespect the many others)!

I never liked that. Never. Whatever games you put out, it's gonna end up on the internet and possibly on Youtube! Sakurai could've just said he didn't want to do it in Smash 4 because he wanted to focus on other thing in the game more or something along those lines! I liked both Adventure mode and Subspace, even the story was pretty alright in my book. Heck, if they made a new subspace similar to smashrun (without the powerups, but with the enemies and familiar places), I would've loved that so much! Oh, and Corrin getting on board is pretty cool! but DEFINITELY not Phoenix Wright cool :3 Intelligent Systems...Nintendo...you sneaky, lovable, sons of guns! :3

You know that feeling when you have a great idea in your head, but when it's time to put it on paper, you have no idea where or how to start and it causes you to start working/making progress much later? Yeah, that's been me for a while. Hopefully, I finish my entry half-way through January.

As expected, I LOVE Aqua's singing! ...but since it seems pretty dang important from all we've seen from trailers, it should be! I'm so happy we get the main theme song of Fates in Smash 4(would've liked a stage though)! :3

...Why does dicussion of a game that hasn't come out yet in the US (and isn't translated by everyone) keep coming up?

And that's why we're getting Corrin and Bayonetta in February. Like all smash trailers for characters, everyone looks OP in them and with a demonstration for both of the newcomers, they may seem a bit unbalanced. However, if you notice in the Dircet, we don't see the damage percentages at the bottom that much, so we don't know the damage output of moves, their hitboxes, sweet spots, weaknesses, limitations, and whatever else. All we know are movesets...Sorry if you already had that knew that (or had that in mind) already, just felt like mentioning it :3 I'm the same with Blue. (Maybe a few Black alts too [Lucina, Corrin, etc.])

I feel like I should probably avoid the topics with Corrin because with talk/mentions of Fates (which hasn't come out over in the US and I'm not importing it) I would rather experience Fates blind and not have "extra baggage" going in when I play it for the first time (no matter how good or bad the game or parts of the game may be), if you know what I mean... :(

It helped that Roy was veteran that was not in Brawl and was desired by fans for his return like Mewtwo(not as bad, but still highly requested). Corrin is a newcomer, so the flames are towards him more so. Poor Corrin...

I doubt it, especially since a lot of people wanted Roy back (Fire Emblem fan or not) and Corrin was planned ahead of time (and because I personally love Lucina in Smash...:3 ). People would be saying the same thing with only 5 characters. Maybe not as hard, but still very noticeable. The issue is that they all use swords (some more than others) and they are from a franchise not played by most of the smash bros fans (heck, the same can be said for bayonetta, no matter how good the game is). Not to mention how salty a lot of people are right now about the final characters and...some people don't like Corrin as a character. There are probably more reasons, but I can't think of much more right now.

After Corrin and Bayonetta are released, I'm sure people will be a bit more calm and actually give who is there in the game a chance...I hope...

Oh trust me, you aren't alone. I'm guessing the salt is causing denial even though not only did everyone see Corrin use his dragon form a lot in his moveset, but Sakurai himself said, " his sword is not his primary way of attacking". So just because he holds a sword (which looks like a freakin' awesome chainsaw...or...CHAINSWORD... :3 ) makes him "Another sword fighter"? Yeah, right. Just give it a month or two, a good amount of saltiness will clear up by then...hopefully... (Although to be fair, I knew many people would be greatly salty regardless when this final smash direct was shown.)

I think I heard someone call him a "Mary Sue". Don't know why...probably something to do with Fates...or saltiness , but who knows for sure. I certainly don't. :3

Ok, first off, I was VERY confused in the beginning with Corrin's reveal. The direct starts and I see Fates, which kinda stunned me. Then the decision choices came up on-screen and then it clicked in my head....with the 4'th decision box (Join in Smash) coming 5 seconds later... To be honest, while I do kinda agree 6 Fire Emblem characters is pushing it a bit, I (even more so) LOVE the massive Fire Emblem Love (and don't care that there are 6 characters)! I'm happy we got Corrin. We could have gotten someone else, but I'm happy with who we got! Also, gotta love how some people call Corrin "another sword fighter", even though his sword is like freakin' chainsaw and half of his moveset is him using his dragon form! And Bayonetta...oh my gosh, Beyonetta... I have no words...she didn't shock me as much as Cloud (which surprises me), but dang...she was the LAST person I expected! Plus...dear lord...She is a combo maniac and I love it! I'll suck using her, but hey, she'll be fun! I'm kinda sad we didn't get more stages added. Happy for Midgar and falling Clock tower, but...*sigh*... ...I'm still getting all of it! Last, but not least... the Mii Costumes are pretty dang cool aaaand...SALT, SALT EVERYWHERE!!! :3

Your not alone. I love Super Smash Bros., but I know it takes a lot to even make 1/4 of the game, not to mention DLC! Poor Sakurai...he needs/deserves a nice long break! :3

Pretty sure Sakurai is saying the same thing. I may not be a video game developer (yet), but I'm pretty sure it takes a lot of work(days straight) for just one character (and probably for one stage too, especially for stages like Cloud's) to be completed and ready for everyone to use on two different versions.

I'm happy I had some free time in class to see this announcement! Welp, guess that means I'm driving from school that day (because on the day of the november [2015] Nintendo direct, my bus had to go through traffic and cut it a bit close for me). Beside that, it's time for...THE FINAL COUNTDOWN!!! :3

Long time no see, Sacred Blaze! ...Ok,maybe it hasn't been THAT long, but it's been awhile since I last saw this topic. I'm happy to see you're still improving this game (even if it was already good from the get go). When summer ended and shcool started back, I stopped playing the game(the first version you put out in June) because 12'th grade is very demanding at times! Now that christmas break is coming up and I'm in a Fire Emblem crave again, I have an excuse to pick this up again. I can't wait to see what you changed! :3

I would freakin' love to see that SOOO much! Heck,I'd probably even pay for it! :3It would be cool to make one myself too (not army size wise, but something close-ish)! :3

Hhhmmm...it sounds fun...and it wouldn't hurt to see what I could pull off......All right, I'm in! I'm gonna Draw! Not only do I wanna see how good others are (and see what cool stuff others make because I've seen some really cool fan stuff in the past few weeks), but also see if I can learn from others and get better(I can draw pretty good, but I could be a lot better)! However, I'm not gonna lie...being a BIG FE:PoR and FE:RD fan kinda motivates me a bit more to at least get 10'th place (or higher if I can).:3 I'm really happy this is around Christmas break (12'th grader here :3), so I have a few weeks of free time to get it done! *Question though* (just to be safe), Can I make my own (somewhat legit) FE game box art (even with the console labels at the top [Ex."Only for:Nintendo GameCube"]? It's gonna be original, but still, just asking to be sure. :3

Cloud is one of those characters that every knows, but everyone doesn't really "know". If they did, they wouldn't be so much hate on Cloud. While I personally don't really "know" Cloud/ FFVII Cloud (I only really know Kingdom Hearts and KH2 Cloud), I know that people have said Advent.Children (never watched it) messed up his character (Kinda wanna say sorry for those who actually "know" Cloud). That and, in terms of Smash Bros, he isn't what they wanted. Both of those kinda increase the hate even more so than it probably would've. The big issue is that people kinda forget...this is mainly fanservice for those who want it. If you don't want it, ignore it, it's not that serious. However, people like to complain about this kind of crap alot. This isn't Goku or Shrek or something, so why so quick to hate so much! It's one thing to not really be fond of the idea, everyone's opinion is different, but it's another to complain constantly about this sort of thing! >:(

Who said one character has to top Cloud? It could be 3 characters combined! We're not sure how many characters are coming as DLC, and while the most recent patch was said to have had 3 character slots, who said those are for the Smash Ballot characters? Data mining has spoiled stuff before, so Nintendo may be trying to be more careful this time around ...and maybe try to mess with us. It's a thought!

I'm gonna throw my 2 cents in and say while I'm not really familiar FFVII since I never played it like 1,2,3 (DS),5,6,10, and 12(although I have seen at least seen 2 or so hours of it via a stream. I gotta say, I REALLY hope one of Cloud's costumes is his cross dressing outfit, just for the sillynes alone! It would be glorious), I will say this excites me greatly! Cloud seems pretty fun and his stage looks AWESOME! Also, while I do want certain characters in (Tales of.characters to be exact since I love that series), I'm not gonna be really upset if they don't since there are over thousands of people who want the same character or other characters, so at least one character I want isn't gonna make it. Not to mention we didn't HAVE to get DLC characters. I've only known the Cloud from Kingdom Hearts and Kingdom Hearts 2 for the longest time (who I found pretty B.A. when I first saw him and thought he was the kind of guy who likes solving his problems himself without the help of his friends so they would be unharmed...plus he wanted Sepheroth sliced and diced :3), but at the same time I've also heard how different he is in FFVII and how Advent. Children screwed his character over the years. So, I know there is more to him than just being Emo. (I really need to get around to playing FFVII...). Oh, and the petition thing is really stupid! I thought the one for Federation Force was dumb, but this one takes the grand prize! The DLC is more or less fanservice and you'd be surprised how many people wanted Cloud (although, all I know who wanted him is FireyJoker/ Joshscorcher on Youtube). Beside, Sakurai always make Smash Bros games as if it were the last so, might as well put him now because the chance may never rise again (...which would actually make a good counter-arguement...crap). He can't put EVERY character in and I'm pretty sure Samurai has his limits that he can break and limits that he cannot break! You know though, the saltiness isn't gonna really be bad until the Smash Bros Broadcast in December! Dear lord...the saltiness will be massive!
