At this point I feel like Kozaki is actually in charge of drawing the characters instead of designing them. I honestly feel bad for the guy because he draws exceptionally well and yet a lot of people (and by people I mean tumblr smh) think he's the only one who designs the characters when he's not the only one who's on the art development team. boopity boop boop Gen 3 in Pokemon is my personal favourite (I looove the Battle Frontier) Gen 4 in Pokemon is really freakin' boring in my opinion. The legendaries for the game were interesting but that's about it. Making poffins was fun though I don't play any of the Mario platform games anymore because it's the constant same formula over and over. Super Mario Maker might change things up though because it does look pretty cool. I like Persona 4 more than Persona 3 just a tad bit more. Persona 3 is a great game but it's just really depressing when you think about it and I like being happy aha. I'm a huge sucker for rhythm games like: Rhythm Heaven, Taiko no Tatsujin, DJ Max Portable, Osu!, DDR, Final Fantasy Theatrhythm, etc. Mother 3 is better than Earthbound. Sonic games make me nauseous Okami is one of the best video games I've ever played Pokemon Mystery Dungeon games are awesome (except for Gates of Infinity :\) Indie horror games like Ib, Witch's House, Yume Nikki, Aoi Oni, etc are scary and fun I don't play a lot of dating sims, but I really like Hatoful Boyfriend (it's one of those games where you think it's ridiculous at first but it turns out to be really deep in the end) The only LOZ game I've actually played are Minish Cap, Ocarina of Time and Four Swords Adventures (love love love the manga) I think Brawl is better than Melee (story mode was so cooooooooooooool in Brawl damn) People tend to compare Professor Layton and Phoenix Wright for some reason but I always prefer Professor Layton The scariest horror franchise imo is Fatal Frame Yoshi is my all time favourite video game character

Hello everyone~! I'm still fairly new to this forum but I've been drawing for a good chunk of my life so I thought it would be fun to share some of my Fire Emblem art! A lot of the ones I'm going to post are mostly recent since my Awakening fan art from 2013 is a bit...of an eye sore to look at and I've improved a lot since then! I think the idea of re-adapting pre-existing games into manga provides more content (even if it's just a retelling) to the very thing people are fans of but it also changes the experience. Game dialogue is mostly just character dialogue portraits that change facial expressions every so often with some actions with the character 3D models, but in manga, they've got to put more character, emotion and facial expressions because there's more interaction between characters and their environment. I think manga is just a good way to show case the characters in their environment from all different angles (as an artist, I find anything involving drawing and art very inspiring). When I read the Persona mangas after playing the games, I find myself paying more attention to their surroundings and how they react whether it's looking at their body language or facial expressions since they aren't generic models or drawn the same every time. I even did those things when I read some of the Awakening anthologies. Then again, my opinion is purely based on the fact that I've very art-oriented so not everyone feels that way.

A manga huh? Sounds like it's going to be more plot based than any of the Awakening anthologies (which were all hilarious btw) if Shin Kibayashi is in charge of the story. I love looking at Kozaki's art so I'm pretty excited to see all the pretty illustrations.

I'm honestly really looking forward to all of the DLC because I immensely enjoyed the DLC in Awakening especially the three part Future of Despair (I just love the kids OK). I'm really curious to see how it plays out for the last DLC where we get more insight of Lazward, Odin and Luna's origins. Whether the explanation is bad or good, I think I'll enjoy myself either way because I always try to get something out of every experience because hey, making explanations and stories isn't always easy and not everyone is going to agree with the outcome but the least I can do is enjoy the DLC for what it is.

Yup! Thank you, I'm flattered to hear that you like my channel but I can't take all the credit for the videos since I use translations by aphonicdreams on tumblr. I wouldn't be able to put subtitles without them :> Also, I only recorded them saying their Rank Finish Lines (ie Rank C, Rank B, Rank A, Rank S, Kiss lines, etc.) since they have specific movements for those lines according to the models.

Also, if anyone is interested in Skinship videos, my channel has a bunch of videos for lots of the characters with English subtitles so you can watch your favourite husbandos and waifus blush and smile and you'd be able to know what they're saying. I plan to do all of them so yay :>

Oh I should probably mention: my Fire Emblem Awakening Cipher starter deck came in (omg the cards are so pretty) and it comes with a download code bonus for the game and I don't really have any use for it since I don't have the Japanese copy of the game so I was wondering if anyone wants it, for free of course. I don't know exactly what the code gives you in the game but according to AmiAmi it says, "Download code of "Marth wo nanoru kenshi Lucina" for 3DS game software "Fire Emblem if"", I'm no Japanese expert but I'd like to guess that you get Masked Lucina as a unit or something? I'm not sure but if anyone is interested, first come first serve! (I should probably go to the TCG thread if there is one but considering I know that there are people in this thread who have the game, I'd thought I ask here)

I feel like it might be a mistake considering how Shigure's hair colour is grey in his default Amie model when his official art shows that it's light blue like Aqua's. But, you could always use their official artworks as a second source to refer to because their hair colour might be slightly different to one another there. I don't think people are going to be picky and say, "Elise's hair should be one tone lighter" because from my understanding, you're creating a very good source for people to turn to so they can get a general idea of all the possible hair colours the children can get based on the mom.

The only other method I can think of is if you manually put together the models in Photoshop or something and then edit however you please and just save what you got as an image file.

I think seeing Lazward on top of a tank is the best thing I've seen yet from this game. Also Witches.

If only it were possible to send a new 3DS and a Wii U deluxe bundle to heaven...
