  1. She was apologizing for failing to save the ones who raised Shigure. This is the only child paralogue where they failed to save the Village involved with no way to prevent it.
  2. Only a small selection based on the more popular characters in the poll. Nohr and IK will come later.
  3. Units in the same team share one battle quote. Camilla "可愛がってあげる" Luna "可愛がってあげるわ" Belka "可愛がってあげる" Same goes for the others.
  4. I wish they can explore Aqua's "calm, collected, but loves to scare / unintentionally scares people" personality a bit more. Also, cross-generation supports please.
  5. She doesn't hate veggiees more than Tsukuyomi does, it seems.
  6. I suspect that there's no publicly available API access for the Activity Log. The 3DS downloadable games Kirby Fighters Deluxe and Dedede's Drum Dash Deluxe also use this method todetect Kirby Triple Deluxe's presence.
  7. These otherwise useless weapons are good for micro-adjusting enemy stats and HP, although I don't use then for this purpose often. (So yeah, still useless.) And other than Nosferatu, those are meant to be joke weapons anyway. I've seen Japanese sites actually recommending Nosferatu-tanking in this game, but I think it won't work. Sorcerors can't survive a single General's hit.
  8. Oh, Fuuga. Never expected these from him. Kazahana is even better.
  9. Um, what are you aiming for? Best 20/20? Best Eternal? Or something else? Which class are they going to be in?
  10. I've tried a few options (except the name), but I'll eventually use default Kamui in my final profile. Will probably marry Anna because of that stupid marriage system. I'd have wanted Aqua (yay defaults) if the marriage partners aren't 1-to-1. I've also used defualt Chris in FE12. FE13 was the only exception because I thought a white, plain haired protagonist feels boring. It also reminds me of Ashlet Robbins from Another Code for some reason.
  11. I think it's not necessary. In my experience, in Nohr Elise levelled up just as fast as the remaining units.
  12. What I am wondering is whatdoes this modifier mean: is this the parent's own personal portion of the starting stats, the gained stats obtained via level ups, or is it from somewhere else? The original JP text just says 補正値, not 上限補正値 (cap modifier), so I think it's not going to be cap modifier? (Of course, since this is just a single-line comment casually written, it's just as possible that the writer meant that.)
  13. I have abolutely nothing to back me up except one Kawaki Chatei reader's observations: This page I believe the children's initial stats are [class base + child's fixed base + variable parent's modifier + (Lv - 10) × growth] The other parts are easy to understand, but what's the variable parent's modifier? I think growth may refer to [(child+varParent)/2+class] which we derived before (and one that Kawaki Chatei seems to agree), but it's not detailed here. And while we're at that, on growths: This page It feels like it's (the total of the child and the variable parent)÷2. It doesn't feel like Hisame and Matoi have inherited their fathers' growths... Dengeki's strategy guide also says ÷2, I think. Off-topic: apparently, Dengeki also has the formula for support growths. May not be 100% reliable information, since this site is a 2ch/Twitter/official site aggregator.
  14. Let's start with the fact that he's at base class Lv 12 when Ryouma from the last chapter is at promoted Lv 4.
  15. I think the DLC enemies cannot be captured because they are lifeless illusions (幻影兵).
  16. Maybe they have seen too many dragons (of a different kind, but still) at home that they don't think Kamui is any more special than them. Heck, they could have assumed Kamui is Nowi and Nah's distant ancestor. Or they could have belived that this is a thing Hoshidan royals do. They haven't met them up close in the Nohr route. ... Well, who am I kidding? Even I don't buy this theory myself!
  17. The ruins map is excellent. Enemies hold gold - weaker ones have 1000G, stronger ones have 3000G, and sometimes they may come in groups where their leader has 5000G (but the others don't carry gold). The 5000G ones will always try to escape, so be ready. Go to the central part quickly, and keep your team tightly packed together, and you'll be getting gold in no time. Note that you can't prevent reinforcement from showing up by blocking their spaces. Not that this is needed anyway.
  18. While I don't outright hate Nohr's story, I'd say it doesn't make it clear enough what the story is trying to do. I've seen the following faults: - Kamui alone can't do anything against Garon's army? Maybe. Kamui with the siblings can't do that? Doubt it. Look at Chapter 26. You call that Nohr's proper army? They should have revolted sooner. - Kamui alone may not be able to stand against Marx and Leon. But Kamui and Leon could have stood against Marx, or even force him to follow them. And Leon is reasonable, as we can see. - Kamui could also have revealed the Invisible Kingdom anyway, and get killed in the process. This should convince at least some of the siblings. If Izana can do it, why not Kamui. I don't know. Maybe the plot is still valid. But either way, I think Kamui didn't try hard enough. I haven't played Hoshido, so I can't comment on that. On why Luna, Odin and Lazward don't talk about IK, it's because they don't know Kamui is the one they're looking for... I guess. You'd have thought being the only one who can transform to a dragon would be an obvious hint. (But then again, they've seen their fare share of shapeshifters, so...)
  19. Generic witches cannot be recruited, and I already want to punch them in the face.
  20. [spoiler=IK; not really a spoiler by now…]Seeing that Izana is cheerful as ever even as he dies, I wouldn't find this too creepy. And the Nosferatu reminds me of Rontao. Makes me wonder if he should have been spared.
  21. Yes. There are 71 characters in this game if you count Kamui and Kanna as 2 each. Just a bit shy of Radiant Dawn's 73 (counting the Black Knight), though New Mystery has 77. You can keep updating the characters' skills through My Castle visits and adding your units to the logbook and buying their skills from other save files. Stats can be obtained by the Eternal Seal or through stat-boosting items, which I think you can get through Skirmishes with Shinobi/Jonin/Thief/Adventurer bosses (who may carry a random droppable item) if you're really lucky.
  22. You can also use the Ice Tray for Felicia. You get only 1 at Lv 2.
  23. This really is a what if, and honestly I don't care. The whole recent Nintendo crossover thing has gone too far. But this shouldn't stop anyone from bringing out crazy ideas, so let's go. Link may actually join? He fits most descriptions of a Bow Knight. Mario and Luigi may be very weird version of mages? I don't think they fit well in the world of Fire Emblem, but it would be nice to have them talk to Saizou and Suzukaze. Roy will give you a weakling who doesn't know what resistance means and have a modified level cap of 5 instead of the usual 20. Ganondorf will bring in a series of dark tomes that makes Shadowgift actually useful. ....Seriously, I can't actualy think of anything good.
  24. I finished Nohr Lunatic without relying on Camilla heavily. For all her superior growths, Belka and Lutz still fit the traditional dragonmaster role better. I think you don't need Ryouma in IK Lunatic, since the chapter you get him also comes with other units. He's still the most powerful, but it's not a requirement to use him. If there's anyone good for his debut chapter, it'd be Kamui: good defence and good magic, ideal for taking out Generals. Actually, I was too confident in Ryouma at one point and almost had him killed by an enemy General. The weapon triangle is still a thing. Once you're past that chapter, you can shove him aside. You probably have other viable units at that point.
