  1. Wii Karaoke U features videos!? I thought it's audio-only, and the visual is always just Miis dancing!? Fire Emblem Fates was rated CERO C because of the Nohr ending cutscene. I don't know if Camilla's outfit alone would contribute to this, but Tsubasa's Pegasus Form outfit suggests that Camilla's outfit isn't enough to warrant a C. It isn't that much worse. And I think it's fine to have non-final game contents show up in trailers. Changes go both ways, after all. Few would actually complain about Lissa not having a yellow map sprite in the final Fire Emblem Awakening, and changes like Ike's flames changing to blue in Super Smash Bros. were praised.
  2. This song's name is an obvious pun on Für Elise. I don't know how to translate it and get the joke across. It is.
  3. Looks great! So, approximately: Disc 1 = Early game Disc 2 = Hoshido Disc 3 = Nohr Disc 4 = My Castle Disc 5 = Common BGM Disc 6 = Valla Disc 7 = Late game DVD = DLC and amiibo I'm not sure about the "if-remastering" songs, since in-game they don't sound any different from the original. Oh, and we're getting the koto and violin performance mentioned in Sakura and Elise's support. Great, I was always wondering what did they actually play. This sounds really awesome.
  4. Each route has about Awakening's size. Because of shared maps, all three routes combined feel like about 2.5 Awakenings, I'd say.
  5. Food gives temporary boosts to half or all of the units for one battle. The stats boosted depend on the food used. See Serenes Forest for more details. I almost always go for Spd+2, Def+2 in my Nohr run.
  6. I've posted this several times, but here it goes again:
  7. Depends on what limitations you're giving yourself. If you refuse to use Eternal Seals, then the same rules as the old games go: promote at 20 for maximum potential stats, or promote earlier for accessing the promotion gains early. If you refuse to grind for gold (either through DLC or skills), Eternal Seals being prohibitively expensive may prevent you from using them. If you feel that anything is fair game, then go ahead and promote at level 10. You won't miss out anything. I'm the first type of player. I promote at 20 and refuse to use Eternal Seals.
  8. Just keep levelling up in the new class and the unit will get back the missed skills.
  9. Not that I know of. The game's main menu has an option to "receive presents", but it never worked as far as I know. I base my answer on the Japanese version of Special Edition, but it's the same in the other versions. So yes, 9 save files. And you're not restricted to assign certain save files to a certain route (so, say, if you want to have all 9 save files alloted to Revelation, you can).
  10. A Battle Seal is obtained by getting 9999 battle points and gives Str+2, Mag+2, Skl+2 and Spd+2 when held. Hacker teams exist because the check that removes their castles are done server-side, and it doesn't look for the usage count of the items. And it probably doesn't check because you can't take the items from them anyway.
  11. Raising Tsubasa's age feels weird to me for several reasons: This changes her relative age to Itsuki and Toma, and it would also makes her catchphrase not match her age setting. In-game audio: 織部つばさ、17歳です! Character profile: "Age: 18" Whaaaat. Maybe they're willing to re-record that part of the audio, and maybe change Itsuki and toma's age and change them to high school year 3 students. But otherwise, it would feel like a blatant censor-related change. Not really a big deal, but it feels strange.
  12. (1) You get 9 save files then. (2) Marrying Azura will change the Revelation ending a bit. The support conversation between Corrin and Azura is different in all three routes too.
  13. They "expected it to be rated M" before they got any further information. They probably said that because that's what your usual Shin Megami Tensei gets. As for this game, no, there isn't anything that warrants a high age rating. This game has zero sexual contents. Actually, in this aspect, it's probably more comparable to FE6~12. Revealing outfits aside, that is. EDIT - Okay, maybe one instance, now that I think of it. [spoiler=Barry side story 2]Upon completing Barry's 2nd side story, Ellie comments how even Barry can be up to some good. Barry immediately replied "I don't need praise from a 3-dimensional being whose only 2-dimensional part is her chest. If you want to show appreciation, buy me a set of Dia Witch Iroha videos!" Ellie redacted her praise. For some context, at least in the JP version, Ellie is 16 and Barry is 35. Barry is generally rude anyway, but this, well...
  14. Spoiler-free Japanese guides are out there, so if by smooth you mean you don't walk around without knowing what to do, you can read those. http://ds-can.com/fe/ (general guide) http://speedwiki.net/sharpfe/ (focuses on strategies) http://omoteura.com/sharpfe/ (database-style weapon / skill information listing) EDIT: Seriously, what's wrong with this forum's programming? It erased everything I've written below. (Rant: I hate PHP. Why can't everyone stick to ASP.NET.) Let's try again: This game isn't too hard, even under Lunatic, although there are a few things to note: If you get OHKO'd by the enemy boss even if your level is the same as the boss's, you probably need to upgrade your accessory. Similarly, remember to check your carnage (weapons) regularly. Chapter 4's boss is hard if you don't know what to do. Consider practicing before showing your gameplay live. If you don't want to, at least remember that the boss turns dark after his HP bar turns red (=having less than 25% of HP left), at which point he's weak against all attack types and will keep attacking with Megidolaon (which will probably finish everyone off). In other words, concentrate your effort on attacking, because you only get one turn's chance. In Chapter 6's second dungeon (the last dungeon), one part of the game has teleporting traps. Remember to use Lightoma to highlight those traps. I knew what to do instantly when I reached there, but it's easy to miss Lightoma's existence since it's not needed elsewhere. Lightoma also works in the latter half of Chapter 4, but it's not really needed. Difficulty modes:Friendly: 150% damage given, 50% damage received. Getting SP is easier. Unlocked by losing in Easy. Easy: 125% damage given, 80% damage received. Getting SP is easier. Normal: Standard difficulty. Starting from this difficulty, you cannot restart battles after losing and must start from the save point. (You can save anywhere.) Hard: 80% damage given, 120% damage received. Lower chance to get first strike. Lunatic: 50% damage given, 150% damage received. Lower chance to get first strike. Second playthrough onwards only. Difficulty cannot be lowered once you choose to start in Lunatic. You get more experience and have better escape rates in all non-normal difficulties (both the harder and easier ones). This game has loading time issue. Getting the download version will help reducing loading time. This game runs at 720p @ 30 fps. Also, don't bother aiming for 100% completion. For that, you need to clear the game 3 times, 1 time of which has to be done in Lunatic, and there are lots of other requirements that you probably can't do in reasonable time. (In the context of streaming, that is.)
  15. Level 20. I also never use Eternal Seals.
  16. I was confused when I read the title that mentions the 2nd batch of DLC, but found info on the 3rd batch of DLC inside. Don't know if I'm going to like this one. A story in which the parents are killed(?) doesn't work as well here as in Awakening (but at least it looks like a standalone story without the player's team's intervention). This also looks like they're copying too much from Awakening. [spoiler=I don't think I actually need a spoiler tag]Also, Ryoma and Scarlet conversation. That's just... cruel.
  17. I think finding voice actors is the more likely reason they don't dub it this time. Space may be a concern too, since reading from the outer parts of an optical disc takes more time, and this game already has pretty bad loading time issues. I don't really like the name, since it's just a few random keywords put together. "Touma" is a bit strange, since romanisation contract "ou" to "o" more often than not. The city isn't called Toukyou. (Which also means Ryoma and Saizo are acceptable spellings.)
  18. My answer to this is Thracia 776. I don't think many people started with that game. I couldn't beat it at that time, though. The first game I finished was Sacred Stones.
  19. I thought it just hapens so that both the characters and the battleships take names from the same source (from actual names, that is).
  20. Exactly what I did. Actually, I copied that tactic from a strategy guide.
  21. I see teal. It looks either green or blue to some people.
  22. You won't lose your units this way. I imagine it will draw tons of complaints if it plays like Thracia 776.
  23. No, you don't get anything for A rank supports. You get a bracelet and swimsuit for your S rank partner, but A rank invitations don't result in anything. I suppose you can say you "unlock" dialog by inviting characters with A support enough times.
