  1. In the Hidden Treasures sub-page for Radiant Dawn Part Three, the map for chapter 2 is repeated for chapter 3 with the actual chapter 3 map missing.
  2. How might I be able to save Ross from dying on turn one? With Vanessa not being a pegasus knight, she can't go save Ross from the bandit that will otherwise attack him.
  3. At the end of the chapter data page for Part 1 of Radiant Dawn, there is a link to Part 2. The link does not go to part 2, but actually links to Page 2 of character data for Blazing Sword. The page in question: http://serenesforest.net/radiant-dawn/general/chapter-guide/part-1/ Where it links: http://serenesforest.net/binding-blade/characters/introduction/page-2/ Where is should link: http://serenesforest.net/radiant-dawn/general/chapter-guide/part-2/
  4. It's only "Ike Exempt" because I'm forced to restart if Ike dies. I ain't lettin' no one die. And I've already done an Ike solo.... It was fun.
  5. Hey everyone. I've started a Let's Play of Path of Radiance on youtube. This isn't a structured play through or anything but it does have one goal and one requirement: Goal: Complete the game with 100% Recruitment and All Characters Alive at the end of the game Requirement: Absolutely no resets! So if any of my characters DO die, I HAVE FAILED MY GOAL. Obviously, I will keep the Let's Play going even if anyone dies, but the point is to strive not to. The reasoning behind this is that I've played Path of Radiance so many times, I know it like the back of my hand. But doing this, on Hard Mode, will test my true prowess of the game and my abilities to keep everyone alive! A few caveats however, I'm not striving for LTC. As I'm playing on hard mode, I can't always trust myself to take the risks involved in LTC while also trying to keep everyone alive in one single playthrough. But it will be fun! The ONLY time I will be able to reset is if Ike dies, obviously, but this doesn't mean its okay if Ike dies! At the end, I plan to give myself a grade on how I performed, and Ike dying will SURELY make my grade go down. If you're interested, keep a lookout on my channel on youtube. The first video is embedded down below!! Expect more soon!
  6. Has it been noted that Blazing Sword is headed to Virtual Console in Japan tomorrow? And the potential for it to be released over seas on VC as well? http://www.nintendo.co.jp/wiiu/software/vc/index.html Without reading the Japanese, you can see that it says "2014.5.14" which is tomorrow. Actually... today in Japan real-time.... Edit: It is not listed on the General Release Dates Page http://serenesforest.net/general/release.html#fe4
  7. Or just for who picked Ewan Chapter 5 Chapter 5x: Chapter 6: Chapter 7: Training Neimi Chapter 8: The Twins Unite! Chapter 9: Two New Recruits! Chapter 10: This Chapter was Uneventful Chapter 11: God Damn It
  8. Prologue: Chapter 1: Chapter 2: Chapter 3 Chapter 4:
  9. Its also a means to choose which pathway I take. But looking at my possible units anyway, I'm thinking of going ahead and using both lords just so I don't die as Neimi and Colm are the only units I can use until chapter 9, so.... Someone just name a lord, I'll go their pathway and focus on them but I'll use both Lords.
  10. The parallels to my worst-run-ever playthrough are astounding.
  11. Actually I don't really have the possibility to use "Super Trainee" because I'm using a recently downloaded ROM and it doesn't have any save-files. I'm still putting Ewan down for Wild Card, so choose his class accordingly if you please Or Give Me Someone Else. I tried a Masochist Run Once. I failed. Mostly just because it makes sense that way, I dunno. I guess technically the other one could have been pushed into the Wild Card category, but its been chosen now so it doesn't matter anymore. Still need the Lord and promotion paths for Neimi and Ewan if anyone wants to give them.
  12. Why not? Now that all the regular classes have been picked I'll update it and have the Master Seal as a sort of Wild Card option with all the rejects. I still need a lord, a pre-promote, and the wild card unit! Please choose these for me so I can get started!
  13. For the love of god, give me someone early game. By the looks of this, Ross or Colm is my only hope.
  14. Alright so I thought up a fun play through for me to waste my time and thought it would be cool to play log it on here and also include some of you guys in the structure of it. So the idea is that I only use one character for each promotional item (plus a healer), and one pre-promoted unit (sans Seth). The characters I will choose for each promotional item will all be non-promoted when you recruit them (because the point is to USE the promotional item). Only one Knight/Cavalier, only one Mercenary/Myrmidon/Fighter, etc. etc... But I want you guys to choose which characters I will use! Dancer/Manakete will not be used. So I want this to work like pretty much any other pick my units post. I'm going to list each character from the sets (to make it easier for you guys) below. Only pick one unit per each reply, and you can choose promotion path if you please. And whichever Lord is chosen is the pathway chosen (for availability sake). Don't make it too hard for me, please! Character Selection Process
  15. I'd like to see a remake of FE4/5 localized and revamped. DLC should stay because it makes money and its enjoyable. Pair Up should... I'd like to see pair up work a little bit more on the Support System and not simply a command. Bring back the system in Path of Radiance where you could only have so many support conversations, and only make characters with supports Dual Strike/Guard when they're standing next to each other. It wouldn't be totally broken this way.
  16. Thanks for the clarification. Edited to fix original post. I honestly just didn't bother ever to learn the difference and use them interchangeably now... I should stop.
  17. Straight answer, yes. How soon, is the real question. Past online services for many old consoles and games have since been discontinued, and many of their DLC or add-on content from their own era has been rendered useless (mostly talking about original XBOX Live and that silly add-on disc for Halo 2). Fortunately for us, DLC works a little differently now and in awakening that, once its downloaded, it stays downloaded. For instance, you might notice that spotpass teams are available even when offline. That's because the game has them downloaded and will forever have them downloaded. It never needs to download them again on the same cartridge unless its optimized and all data deleted. The same goes for the buyable DLC maps, assuming you keep SD card and 3DS or do the 3DS data transfer. They will stay playable because the data is stored within the three places in conjunction, not streamed from some internet checkpoint. In this idea, no, your Spotpass/DLC will never expire. You will always have it, and it will always be there (just like how I still have map packs downloaded from XBOX Live for Halo 3 and they are still on my xbox, despite not having played Halo 3 in about four years). But say in 10 years, when Nintendo has introduced a new handheld and the 3DS is an older system, they will probably discontinue the current Spotpass and Nintendo Store applications for the 3DS, making it impossible to get the data unless the game already had it. So if you bought a new game (or an old one with all the data deleted), or a new 3DS, or lost your SD card with the data on it, then no, in 10 years you wouldn't be able to get the data again. But for now, your data remains on your cartridge/3DS and it isn't going anywhere.
  18. Miriel's callous nature pissed me off from the beginning. Tharja is annoying because they make a joke out of child abuse and that isn't funny. Cynthia is gullible and annoying.
  19. Problem 1 fixable by having a customizable Avatar. Problem 2 fixed by having the Avatar marry someone in game. Problem 3 fixed by... well there being another game and allowing another ending for a Morgan.
  20. True that... I fear I may have made my Avatar more OP than necessary though... Whoops.
  21. I started a Lunatic Run because I was getting bored of my Hard mode run and wanted a new challenge. But I can't even get past the first couple of chapters without getting extremely lucky (that hammer bitch in chapter one?). It just seems like everyone gets doubled and killed by one or two enemies, and there aren't any chokepoints to hole Freddy up in with Lissa healing behind him... Anyway, I'm going into chapter 2, so what are some strategies I can use so that everyone isn't murdered on turn 2?
  22. Perhaps it could explore what happens to her and the Children after the end of Awakening? Their future ceases to exist once you defeat Grima, so they wouldn't ever need to travel back in time. But it does open up possibilities for the child characters. Do they simply stop existing, fading away in golden shimmers as time has run a new course? Or do they continue to live out of their time and watch their own selves grow up into completely different people? Or are they, somehow, forced back to a timeline where Grima isn't defeated by their parents, even with the knowledge that they helped defeat the dark dragon themselves?
  23. I don't play Civ V, but it looks cool! Detail in the placement of mountains and desert in Plegia! Nice job! (And welcome to SF forums)
