  1. Timeline Part 7 of 8 I think most of this info is in the game. I have also finished translating Part 8, but I need to edit it. There's some...er, interesting-ish info XD
  2. Timeline Part 5 of 8 We've reached the game's prologue ^^ I'm going to sleep now, but the next page looks kinda epic.
  3. It does make sense, since normal kings don't go around nabbing priestesses XD @Kirokan I saw you're looking for help with the profiles. If you want, I can help with some after I've done the timeline. Have Delthea and Tatiana been claimed yet?
  4. @Kirokan Awesome! It feels kind of strange how they made such high resolution artwork even though the game's resolution is tiny ^^ Timeline Part 3 of 8 I don't think there's anything too remarkable here, but it sheds more light on Mycen's exploits.
  5. I won't spoil too much, but a lot happens between Rudolf's era and the beginning of the War of Deliverance. Sorry, here's a spoiler: in case you were wondering, Rudolf has a Brand.
  6. Sorry for the possible double post, but I forgot something. While I don't really know about the origins of the Regalia, I do want to point out that they are called divine weapons in the Japanese version. I also recall that they were retroactively made divine weapons in the DS remakes. Before that, they were just called the Three Weapons. When I think of "divine", I think of dragons (as in dragons are revered as gods). But then again, Elibe's divine weapons were man-made, right? So I guess it doesn't mean much XD
  7. Isn't it strange how they have the same name? I don't think it's a coincidence. But anyway, there is a massive gap between Tellius and the other games so I can't really explain how the two are linked. Still, if you consider their basic properties, they do have similarities. Both are promises between two parties and both are magically based. Perhaps the dragonkin simply found a way to improve them? On another tangent, the developers talked about the ability to use Dragon Veins as bring the result of a geas. Previously, geas were used in Jugdral to grant special power to humans. So the developers do like their references ^^
  8. On that note, I have a feeling the blood pacts in Radiant Dawn (as in the paper version) may have been a prototype. Likewise, Tellius's Branded have similar properties to those who have a Brand. The only major difference is the extended lifespan, which may not apply to blood-bonded people since the blood is probably diluted. I mean, I'm sure they thought about this when they decided to reuse the word "Brand". Finally, this is sadly not canon, but the Goldoan dragons were originally developing dragonstones for combat. So it seems like Tellius was an origin for many things.
  9. Yeah, I imagine it was comparable to, say, the viking invasion of England. Plus Mila and Duma's power was starting to wane, to the point they had to rely on blood pacts.
  10. Before I go to sleep, here's timeline part 2 of 8. I love how Duma and Mila had to give people the Falchion to defeat a bunch of pirates : P EDIT Oh, that's a good idea about the Sea Dragons. Although I assumed it was referring to the Seabound Shrine or something. Also, Exalted Falchion is a synonym for Divine Blade Falchion, which is the Falchion's full name in all of the Marth games.
  11. Haha, I hope she's somewhat useful. I like dancers since they are pretty versatile. She's actually there for Rival Domains, but I have been too busy to participate in the VG properly. I don't mind who I get since I am cheesing with random Level 1 units ^^;;;
  12. Timeline part 1 of 8 Because it's only one page, there isn't a lot of new info. We do learn a bit more about the pirate nation, as well as when the worship of Duma and Mila began. Also, the sage that developed the calendar system wasn't Halcyon, as I originally guessed.
  13. Yeah, I know Ike being Marth's ancestor is unlikely. Still, I am very suspicious of the possibility. Indeed, Priam says that Tellius is from another world, but don't forget he also says Ike crossed over to Marth's world. Ike crossing over also explains why he went missing after the events of Radiant Dawn. In addition, Chrom and Lucina can both use Aether, which Ike originally used. Unfortunately, Marth doesn't use Aether, but he does have Astra, Luna and Sol in his strongest incarnation. But perhaps the biggest clue is that the developers admitted to basing Chrom off Ike. Then again, they also said that Ike is loosely based off Hector. So by that "argument", all three of them are related XD Which I guess isn't impossible.
  14. I think they kinda dug a hole for themselves there, yeah. For what it's worth, Tiki in Awakening mentions Marth's ancestor from 1000 years ago, who can't be Anri, since he existed 100 years ago. So this mysterious ancestor may have forged a pact. Some people believe the ancestor to be Sigurd (which makes sense since he has dragon blood), although I personally wonder if it's Ike (but this is probably a massive stretch). EDIT Sorry, I forgot to mention it. "Hero" is gender-neutral here, so Zofia is probably a woman and the same person as Zofia I.
  15. For reference, there's a 8 page timeline that I'm currently working through. I have a feeling it won't answer all of your questions, but I can say the Earth Dragon war occurs long after Mila and Duma have left Archanea. EDIT The timeline confirms that Marth is NOT Ylisse's First Exalt. In case anybody was wondering. (We already "knew" this because the timeline didn't match etc.)
  16. EDIT: Website version Book of Valentian Revelations Prelude To those who seek the truth of the Valentian gods, we impart this Book of Revelations to you. Chapter 1 We are the Servants, borne from our master's will, watching over this continent alongside our master. Chapter 2 Brother Duma and sister Mila: both Old Folk, and known as divine dragons in the land beyond. (Official) Chapter 3 Long ago, the Old Folk created a kingdom in the land beyond. Chapter 4 The Old Folk, led by the ruler of the divine dragons, ushered in an age of prosperity. Chapter 5 Duma protected the dragons' ruler with his military might, gaining her favour; he was called the Kingshield. Chapter 6 Mila blessed the land with her magic, paving prosperity for the Old Folk; she was called the Kingsgrail. Chapter 7 The Old Folk bestowed many gifts to the New Folk who were young of the world. Chapter 8 These gifts included knowledge of fire, iron, alcohol and sorcery. Chapter 9 The New Folk rapidly advanced thanks to the Old Folk's wisdom. Eventually, they constructed an extravagant city known as Thabes. Chapter 10 Fearing that the New Folk had amassed too much power, Duma sent soldiers into Thabes. Chapter 11 After 3 long days of battle, the city of Thabes was obliterated and the survivors fled the ruined land. Chapter 12 The ruler of the divine dragons, in her great anger, exacted harsh judgement on Duma. Chapter 13 Duma clashed violently with the ruler of the divine dragons. (Official) Chapter 14 Mila joined Duma's side and the two stood valiantly against the ruler's army. Chapter 15 The earth split, the seas parted, and the heavens themselves threatened to come tumbling down. The battle transcended any that history had yet know. (Official) Chapter 16 Duma and Mila were no match for the ruler's forces and surrendered after 9 terrible days of battle. Chapter 17 During the colossal battle, some of the ruler's fangs splintered and scattered across the realm. Chapter 18 By the ruler's decree, Mila and Duma were banished from the land beyond. Chapter 19 The ruler of the divine dragons was merciful, so before Duma departed, she gave him one of her own fangs, the Kingsfang. (Official) Chapter 20 Falchion was the name given to the blade carved from the Kingsfang. It was a sword of beginnings, an incarnation of the ruler herself. (Official) Chapter 21 Those who carry the divine dragon's blood and bear her mark can draw out the Kingsfang's true strength and manifest their royal power. (Official) Chapter 22 After being exiled, Duma and Mila traveled across the ocean for 7 days before finally alighting here on this continent. (There is an official version, but this version is slightly different.) Chapter 23 Duma and Mila chased their ideals on this continent that they now called home. Chapter 24 Despite being scarred by battle, Duma's rage had not subsided and he desired revenge against the dragons' ruler. Chapter 25 Duma ordered his people to erect an oppressive tower atop a mountain facing the land beyond, to which Mila approved. Chapter 26 Here in our land, Duma sought power to surpass all others, whilst Mila sought peace and love. Their paths diverged, never to meet again. (Official) Chapter 27 Though Duma's ideals were originally driven by revenge, he also put his people into consideration. Chapter 28 Duma with his unquenchable lust for battle clashed with Mila who stood in opposition. Chapter 29 A war broke out that sundered land and sky; no living thing was safe. The peals of thunder rang like an elegy sung by Mila herself. (Official) Chapter 30 But despite clash after heated clash, not once did Duma turn the Kingsfang upon his sister. (Official) Chapter 31 Countless seasons passed and the war showed no signs of end. Chapter 32 At the end of an arduous battle, Duma and Mila had exhausted their strength. Chapter 33 Together, Duma and Mila formed a Divine Accord. Thereafter, they vowed never to cross into each other's domain. Chapter 34 One day, interlopers from the ocean threatened the people of this continent. Chapter 35 Duma and Mila became the peoples' pillar, while they resisted against the foreign threat. Chapter 36 The fighter Rigel from Duma's domain and the hero Zofia from Mila's domain were chosen for their brilliant exploits. Chapter 37 Duma and Mila bequeathed their divine blood to the two champions, and brought prosperity to their respective nations. (Official) Chapter 38 And so, this continent embraced a long-lasting era of peace. Chapter 39 One day, Duma and Mila are fated to descend into madness. When that day comes, an era shrouded by darkness shall befall this continent. Chapter 40 From the moment we were borne, we witnesses of history shall guide the lost, so you may bathe in a thousand years of prosperity.
  17. Thanks a lot for scanning the artwork! Also, I am starting to work on translating the timeline and lore information. Although I had to stop when I got to this XD
  18. Fates and Awakening DLC music added! Same link Again, a big thanks to @SciresM for sharing the files. If I missed anything (or labelled any songs incorrectly), let me know ^^
  19. I am not 100% sure, but I think it's from a magazine. Either way, reverse image searching the image tells me it was uploaded around October 2016, so it's definitely not new. For reference, we already know that Niles, Odin, Hinata and Oboro have artwork from the Drama CDs. Jakob also has artwork from the OST, I think.
  20. 600 orbs on Legendary banner. Got 3 Sakura, 3 Brave Lyn (+4 now), 1 Robin and 1 off-colour Gunnthra. My first Sakura was +Spd and -Def. Also got a couple of Klein and Sothe. All in all, not a bad haul. I'm super happy I finally got kitty Sakura : D
  21. New trailers: Owain https://mobile.twitter.com/FireEmblemMusou/status/979153917480177664 Olivia https://mobile.twitter.com/FireEmblemMusou/status/979154169125900290 Tharja https://mobile.twitter.com/FireEmblemMusou/status/979154169352343552 Tharja's trailer looks like the one shown at Cipher Festival.
  22. It should be fixed now. If I missed anything, send me a PM or post in the open topic ^^ Not gonna lie, it took me most of an afternoon to move Gunter around the dozens of pages...
  23. I am not trying to sound mean, but that's a pretty low bar if you ask me XD I'm not sure if @Florete was suggesting this, but I don't recall many prominent news sites or industry people talking about this list. If it was actually legit, I'd think Nintendo would be panicking and industry people would be jumping on the list to confirm it and rake in the hits. But so far, nobody has done that--as far as I know, anyway. Ignoring the horrendous subtitles, Chemical and Nuclear don't fit in with... the grand scheme of things. If you catch my drift. Unfortunately, that's all I can say. Also, this list is really annoying because, given Nintendo's track record, I can almost see a TMS#FE port happening. If it does happen, people are going to wrongly assume this list as being the whole truth, when it's clearly not.
