I don't mean to be rude, but among the top 4 turncounts, only one of the runs included Shiida. She is definately a good pick, but she is no where near gamebreaking. As already stated, the Altean Trio or Barts can KO Armours and Cavaliers fairly reliable with steel weapons, or can have others chip enough so they can finish. If it was a H3 run, the story may be different, because of Shiida's bosskilling early on. But not in NM. EDIT: Because I'm almost done my other run, i'll sign up.

In every other draft, Julian has not been free for drafting utility. But it is not a surprise that 13 did not post to make it official, after his disaster of a FE7 one. Krad, the only thing you'll really ever want money for is for the endgame statboosters. And you really don't need a thief if you use your master keys accordingly anyhow.

It does say in the rules that if an undrafted unit does anything but bait or shop, it is a four turn penalty. But if 13 said so, he should have let everyone know, not just one participant.

I'm currently on chapter 18 20x, with all the videos recorded, I just don't want to upload them while playing at the same time anymore, the only notes are that recruiting Samson did not make me lose out on any turns, (unless someone proves me wrong) and I improved on my chapter 15 turncount by one. Btw, my Jeigan is pretty damn good too.

Ok, so Windows Movie Maker crashed (surprise!) and it somehow deleted all my SD save data back to Chapter 12x,... so i'll have to restart from there.

Don't even bother with Arran if you are serious about winning. He costs more turns to recruit than you think, and, uh, he's kind of brutal.

You know what, you are right, I did it subconsciously. I really, don't want to restart my run, and if I had given Julian the door key I got last chapter, it wouldn't have mattered. If you guys agree, I'll throw away my remaining three master key uses as compensation.
