If only there was perma-villager like the super trainee classes
Dem shaky legs.

Many thanks to the translator; the mistakes and suggestions by word choices have already been pointed out by the other forumites here so I don't have anything to say.
I just realized the Phoenix Warrior has a hata-sashimono on her back. Really like the little details like these.
If only they'd be bigger -
Aaaah Hinoka's reclass looks amazing...and I love how Oboro carries a sashimono ; U ; <33
Also, seems like Setsuna's from Hoshido ?
Gaaaaah I noticed the sashimono too.
I love how the Hoshido animations are so artsy and spinny and dignified with their jutsu poses.
The Nohrian ones scream a brutal, Western "beat them until they're dead" vibe.

Aqua might actually be made of the dark purple magic. Confirmed morph!
-
Isn't the Oni class counted as IS' take on the Japanese warrior monk (sohei)?
-
Ha.
Maybe it'll be like Morrigan's story from Dragon Age.
Make a baby with me to contain the archdemon's energy or you will die as you slay it -
He actually just straight-up shoryuken's the opponent with his head.
I'm dying. Oh man

My only major concern is that if the character who captures dies, then there is no one left to capture with.
Most people restart the chapter or the game, but new players who try classic mode would be left without a means to capture, if they save after a battle where Orochi or Zero die. Veteran players know better, but new players (like my friend) generally don't.
It seems like such an important mechanic, and it seems like such a waste to limit it to only two characters...
Perhaps there may be generics who can learn to Capture also.
-
Zero turns generics into Reeks.
Nohr is like a land of House Boltons.
-
I wonder how low the generic growths will be..//

Looks like a Japanese Shishimai. They promote from Shinobi so they presumably use Hidden Weapons in addition to whatever else.
Interesting...so they have their own version of the lion dance..,gotta love the Sinicization of East Asia

Hmmm... 絡繰師
Interestingly enough this term is exclusively Japanese and not Chinese, refers to a Karakuri ("Trick" or "Mechanism") Master, though more importantly Karakuri refers to a type of Japanese puppet.

Yeah, I'm leery of their portal shenanigans.
Maybe that's how the not!Awakening characters come into play lol
For the wormhole thing
I'm not saying it was aliens but...
ayy lmao just in time for XCOM 2 -
六十兵種以上.....
Sixty troop types and up!?
JOB CLASSES OVER 60!?
No way, it has to be units.
-
On the classes ideas.
I like them a lot. They seem very similar, if not identical to the typical FE classes and that's a good thing. Perhaps there can be units that move particularly well through the desert?
The only times I've read of camels used in warfare were actually by the Late Roman Empire in the form of the Dromedarii. Also, I think some peoples may have used mounted archers on camels but generally speaking camels aren't fast enough to make a good charge.

Arabic 100% I would actually like a feedback if possible :)
Thanks!
What do you mean by feedback?

We've had eastern themed characters/classes like Swordmasters and Nomads before tho. Personally, I'm pretty satisfied with the cultural diversity that shows up in Fire Emblem.
You can have Poets to act as Bards.... Poetry and Chivalry the essence of any Arabian Warrior...
Hashashin is Actually Plural for Hashash
You can have Ameer Al Behaar this the original term for "Admiral" which mean the "Prince of Seas"
A class similar to the Pirate, but instead he uses Swords as his main weapon, you can forget about the Say'yaf class, we instead make the class as Hashash where they actually are Assassins but they have terrain advantage where they have increased evasion in the sand, and those Hashashin (Plural) use Hidden weapons(Poisoned Daggers) only
Ghazi means "Conqueror" or Meghuar (Brave, Vanguard) is basically the Hero class, I would say he would an Infantry unit the uses Swords,Spears and Halberds instead of Hidden weapons
Magician would be Arraf (Fortune Teller) or Sahher (Magician)
Jundei (Soldier) : Lance
Sah'ham (Archer) > Qannas (Sniper): Bow
Say'yaf (Myrmidon) > Ameer Al Behaar (Pirate with Swords/Sword Master who can swim): Sword
> Meghuar (Hero/Vanguar): Sword/Axes/Hidden Weapon (Falcons Romanticized from me xD)
Khay'yal (Cavalier) > Faris (Knight) : Horseback Sword/Lances/Bows
> Bassel (Hero Knight) : Horseback Sword/Lances/Axes
Sah'her (Mage) > Arraf (Fortune Teller) : Scripts/Scrolls
> Moshaweth (Necromancer): Scripts/ Hidden Weapon (Djin)
So'louk (Theif) > Hashash ( Assassin ) : Hidden Weapon (Poisoned Daggers)
> Sarab (Mirage) : Basically it will be a rogue and uses Mirage as a way to hide in the desert
Faris Al Rakh (Roc Knight)> Faris Al Anqa'a (Phoenix Knight): Lances and Swords
Mohareb (Warrior) > Ghazi (Conqueror) : Axes/Bows/Swords
> Meghuar (Brave/Vanguard) : Sword/Axes/Hidden Weapons (Falcon)
Ameer (Prince) > Sultan : Sword/Lance/Axes/Bows Horseback
> Ameer Al Omara'a (The Prince of Princes) : Sword/Lances/Bows
That's very interesting! A bit off-topic but is the language used here for names of units Arabic or related to it? Sorry I'm a bit uninformed on this topic.

True. Ah, to change or not to change..

I wouldn't mind some middle-eastern themed characters but stuff like camels, elephants and especially firearms doesn't sound like Fire Emblem at all.
What do you think of the eastern Hoshido in Fire Emblem IF?
Firearms definitely aren't FE-like, though I can imagine them being just like crossbows.
