Arthur would be pretty hilarious to see because the story would constantly take bad turns due to his horrible luck.

Personally, I think every Wednesday should be a day off in the same vain as the Weekend. THAT WAY, it seperates the working week and makes it more manageable by giving you the much needed break in between. And then it's like everyday's a Thursday or Friday unless it's Wednesday or the Weekend!

What makes this great is I'm only seeing it now so, problem solved? XD I feel this all the time and I'm only 26. Have you found any solutions yet?

Well, at least ya had fun. From what my toothless dad has told me, it's a matter of getting used to it. Once you do that, you're fine. Really hard foods will still hurt though. F. This caught me off guard but thanks for the laugh.

Call me crazy, but I'm getting the impression that you were immensly bothered by it.

Y'know, after thinking on it a little more, I realize it might be wiser to implement certain strategies for the AI to use and have them assigned to a combination of the stat values and their personality. If you have the enemies with a certain personality in a position you think you have him, he could have a different strategy based on his stats and perhaps remaining health. For example, a Pragmatist AI might switch to a Coward's strategy of retreating if its Defense or Resistance is lower than its Speed while its HP is lower. Fates treated promoted units as 20+ current level. So a level 5 Hero is considered level 25. Maybe do that? Base it around the offensive stat of the currently equipped weapon. In this case, yes as Soren's most offensive weapon being a tome would put him higher than Ike's most common offensive weapon. Things could be shifted by giving Ike a Sonic Sword though. That shifts your opponent's strategy and makes you have to plan around those unit types when using your strongest units.

Heck apply it to all units and auto-battle might be a more viable option.

That's the one I was thinking. I don't think Marth's or Chrom's would fit his style very much and it's clear that the Twins style is made to seperate them from other characters (not that Navarre would have a shield for the gimmicky attacks it's used in) it helps narrow it down, frankly.

I'm not saying to take every character and keep them with the same weapon type but change the moveset. I'm saying that for characters that logically don't have a simple idea of what to switch to, such as Linde, it'd be better to switch them to a pre-existing fighting style that's different from their default. Chrom fits with the Lance for example. I actually think Navarre could benefit from the style change however as it fits more with his devotion to the blade. Combining the concepts leaves more to play around with. That's what I'm saying. 😃

Maybe instead of giving every character a new weapon, some could simply change their fighting style with the weapon type they have. For example, Linde could switch her fighting style to Robin's. Certainly, some characters should have weapon swaps but overall, I think that those that don't should have a nice gimmick to mix things up for them a little.

Y'know, stumbling on this topic just now has only made me want to see more two-handed axes in the series at some point. By which I mean perhaps a subset of axes that are heavier, do more damage and have a unique animation that has them being held with both hands. I don't recall seeing all that many up to now and I find that a little weird.

I'm gonna sound unoriginal but I'm just gonna chalk it up to people sharing great taste. I like Jill for her character development and because she's pretty invaluable when you recruit her each time. In addition to that, my experiences with her have always been positive and I'd love to see her in a second FEW title. I dunno... could be short for Deanna...

Just the nice guy guard. He deserves to be able to single-handedly protect the monastary if he needs to.

I'd like Vergil from Devil May Cry as a Mii Swordfighter costume with Nero as a seperate possibility who could be used for all 3 types. If only because I want Dante as a fighter. Rodin could be a cool Brawler too.

I'm gonna have to look at this properly when I get onto my laptop in a while. There's a few ideas I'd like to throw around myself now.

Personally, I'm all for it from a narrative standpoint but personally try to collect as many units as I possibly can when playing through so being forced to lose one, no matter who it might be and even if I don't use them, would make me feel very much "Aww, man this sucks." The only exception I can really say I'd approve of it for is if the character canonically survives and returns in a sequel a-la New Mystery. There is also of course this to consider: As well as tweaking the dialogue for the character deaths to all thusly be written and portrayed in-character rather than having someone that's a little too self-absorbed go off and potentially sacrifice themselves for example. Kaze only requires an A Rank though.

Being flat about it. I know for a fact that I couldn't handle being in your position. What I eat is so narrow-scoped that I'm sure that unless it's salty, it's more than likely full of sugar content somewhere. I'd legitimately wind up dead from being in your position just because my diet is so narrow. (And truthfully, I'd also rather not talk about it.) You're far stronger than you're credited for being and I have no choice but to give you that much. You deserve so much more than what people seem to be giving you and the fact that people are berating you for something that's out of your control is beyond disgusting. Keep your strength and fortitude high. Too many people these days lack those qualities.

But that's... so sad... although now that I've slept I've got a passive/aggressive method of attempting to educate those dickheads. The only thing springing to mind is forcing them to consider being in your position. So much so that it makes them literally start to squirm with the inability to tolerate the idea. Drive home to them why you kick far more ass than they can comprehend. Sort of. I was just trying to make it clear that I seem to be at odds with myself, advocating peace and then making an immediate 180 going from: "No, don't hurt them! They are too foolish to understand." to "YEAH! FUCKIN' KILL 'EM! TEAR THEIR THROAT OUT AND WEAR IT AS BELT!" Makes me seem mentally all over the place. Which to be honest I'm not sure about...

Wouldn't swapping out the motherboard resolve the issue you're thinking of though? It's been a long while since I've used my 3DS or anything but I think the Extra Data is also stored on the SD card. I'd suggest waiting for someone better informed before acting on that information though.

In hindsight, I probably shouldn't have had that in the same post I'm advocating peace in. It almost seems tacky and indecisive.

With all due respect, what exactly would punching someone in the face teach them? All it expresses is that what they have said has made you angry. There are other ways to handle things like that. I can't think of any at the minute but I'm sure there are less aggressive solutions. I'd vote to overrule this in favour of replacing it with a cage match to the death.

Just throwing in this idea as a little what-if concept but: If Morgan was an Echo for Robin, I'd give them Thunder+ and some of Robin's other customs from Smash 4 just because they'd actually reflect the diversity of an Echo rather well and it'd help acknowledge the idea that Morgan is still young (being the youngest child in Awakening if I'm not mistaken) but also incredibly powerful as they easily have the most potential just through Robin's potential partners. I can easily see these but they're the only ones my mind is coherently able to hold onto right now.

That area sounds about right. My cats lived about that long or just under it. One of them was half deaf and not expected to live past 2 which was considered generous. So she sure showed them!
