Joshua is my favorite, with Ishtar being a close 2nd. In terms of uniqueness, Joshua definitely wins this hands down. Ishtar is just so damn fun to use with the amount of overkill firepower she has. What she lacks in terms of unique factor (She's just another blue tome nuke) she more then makes up for in just raw effective power

Just went up to the 40 summon mark on CYL. Doing full clears 1 brave Tiki (opening summon ring no less) 4 star special Shannan (my first from the newest demote wave) 1 Yuri 1 fallen Lyon Since my priority was just a single copy of Chrom, Tiki, or Seliph so I could spark and free summon the other 2. Mission accomplished. I could kind of care less about going for Byleth here

They've done surprise reruns before with characters not on the backlog, like sometime last year they threw Shinon on the banner, despite him already showing up on one in the past. So I wouldn't rule out a fodder goldmine unit from a book 5-6 banner showing up like Volke, Constance, or Hugh so they don't blow through all the backlog in one month Plus the blue lineup is far more enticing for a new legendary. However much I would love to see legendary Ninian with that specific lineup being the GBA dragons. Someone brought up a fair point that it might be to early for her since she just got an alt not to long ago.

Daily event banner got me a free summoned ascended Ishtar. That was random. But hey, got an amazing unit. And am now 100% caught up on florrets. I now have every single one obtained so far.

The big thing I want, is some summoning pool cleanup. One of the biggest issue for this game is roster bloat making it a real pain to get any of the newer demotes. Remove several of the junk demotes from each color. About 5-6 and make them available elsewhere. Then remove another with every new demote of the same color (New red demote = 1 more red demote being cut) Permanent banner that uses some kind of alternate currency. This banner has 0% 5 star rates and is purely for pulling demotes. Each week has 2 games as 3-4 star focus (So one week could be archanea + jugdral, next week telius + fates) This banner also has all the previously cut demotes from point 1 New currency: Orb fragments or whatever. Every summon you do on a main banner that costs orbs, gives orb fragments (1 for a 3 star, 3 for a 4 star, 20 for a 5 star). Orb fragments are used to pull on the permanent banner from point 2 at a the usual orb cost with these. Orb fragments also get rewarded from PVE modes and quests All of this cleans up the 3-4 star pool quite a bit on primary summon banners. And gives a new avenue of pulling for 3-4 star unit merges and budget fodder.

Kris kinda has precedent to be skipped over for a legendary alt. But if they do, I kinda support female Kris getting that just due to the fact she has no alts at all while male Kris has one already. Just due to popularity, and his whole thing of not wanting to be the one taking all the credit. A large part of his ending was not wanting to be recorded in the history books.

Got an off focus ascended Ishtar off my fury banner free summon. And since she came up -speed on a unit who absolutely relies on that stat above all else. Should I use her free trait boost to fix that up? Or just use that for +attack, then use trait fruit to fix that speed since i'm closing in on the 100 mark again (Probably 2 weeks at most)

Just free summoned Leila off the TT banner. So i'm wondering what the best uses for her pref weapons unique swap effect is? What kind of units should I ally support her with to get the best value off of it?

Got a copy of sacred stones and path of radiance as a christmas gift back in 2005 I believe. Absolutely loved the games and picked up the rest of the ones that were still possible to find at the time. Found a copy of FE7 for a pretty good price, and got radiant dawn at launch Got every new game thats come out day 1 since then. Sadly my favorite never got a proper localization, new mystery was by far my favorite in the series

With the newest wave of 4 star special demotes, i'm thinking of planning out a time to pull for the remaining TMS units I don't have. Those being Kiria and Elanora. So I wanted to ask, how have they aged as units? I know they are quite a bit far off from refines at this point, probably not until middle of next year with the current backlog since they were early book 4s if I recall

T would have a definite disadvantage over those using J as a sword. But anyone caught using I as a lance would be absolutely destroyed in this case

Decided to drop a quick 10 orbs on the mythic banner. And got 2 copies of Nanna on the same ring, only 3 summons in as well with my free summon the other day on this same banner being an A:Mareeta.. My luck on these banners has been on point lately.

36 summons and not a single focus unit... All I wanted was a single Celica before the spark so I could grab a 2nd for fodder purposes... But this is probably the worst luck i've had in a long time...

Well the funny thing is, my orb plans immediately changed the second I saw the hall of forms lineup with Igrene and Guinivere. Since I wasn't sure if I could get the mythic banner spark and I am desperate for 1 more celestial stone to get a 2nd forma soul. I was forced to go for one I knew I could guarantee, the new Celica banner. So I guess i'll see about going for those 2 at a later date.

On one of my randomizer playthroughs awhile ago, I got an armor knight Colm. With speed. Nothing but speed. I mean it, literally nothing but speed. He had less then 3 in every other stat with a 0 in strength as well.

As someone who doesn't care about AR at all and has been auto dispatching in tier 21 ever since it became an option. How good are Ashera and Medeus outside of AR? Was thinking of going for both of them on this months mythic banner. But considering my lack of care for AR, I don't get to much use out of mythics unless they are good for other modes. And with me only having 70 orbs on hand, and not even sure if i'll be able to grab a spark on it if I do grab the pass (I refuse to dip to hard into my august orb count due to CYL). And because of that, i'm trying to decide if I should pass up on this mythic banner and just save for CYL with what I have on hand.

Its most likely colorless this month. Since Ashera / Medeus is a very stacked lineup. But I wouldn't rule out the possibility of red due to Nanna's first rerun. But the 3rd red slot is probably going to be Mareeta. This would be a great time for Anankos as a colorless dragon. So we have the triple final boss lineup on colorless As for my next few predictions: August: Blue having a very strong lineup with the GBA Manaketes. Ninian would be absolutely perfect for this. September: Definitely a green lineup. The only major axe user who comes to mind who could fit the legendary criteria is Minerva. So thats my guess.

Was doing another playthrough of Edelgard's route and screwed up a bit early in the chapter and failed to trigger the bridge breaking event. So I screwed up being able to avoid fighting Byleth. So I decided to just go through with it and see what happens. Seeing as how It got me wondering, since I probably don't do extra playthroughs that way to see what happens myself since the only real gameplay change is a slightly altered chapter and an extra paralogue. Anything drastically change in the other routes if you don't unlock Byleth and Jeralt? I imagine someone else gets killed off in each route if you do this.

I was also thinking the elemental personal skills from the main lords would be good options to grab at some point, since I feel they would be good on certain other characters with bad personal skills. Anyone in particular you feel would benefit most from those wind, lightning, and fire effects over their regular personal skill?

There is also a paralogue involving Arval if you don't recruit Byleth. But its entirely new game+ locked due to the unlock requirements Those being: If you did all of that. The paralogue should unlock once the chapter you would normally recruit Byleth is over. This paralogue in particular has some very relavent plot points. So its definitely worth doing atleast once.

Has anyone found a late game map with consistant giant beast spawns, and is repeatable via record keeper? Since those are the only ways to consistantly farm the rusted weapons that repair into the archanea regalia. I only remember those giant monster spawns being side battles that aren't repeatable via record keeper

Well did a bit of research on this. And the absolute fastest way that i've pieced together to farm those A rank rusted weapons: Give merc whistle to Hapi. Give that personal skill to Claude Scarlet Blaze: Chapter 14: Chaos in Albany. Set difficulty to hard or maddening (depending on how strong Claude is) Reasoning for Hapi's personal skill to Claude: Fallen star 1 shots weak point gauges on giant monster enemies effortlessly if you fire it directly above them. And with Hapi's pref skill, a single use of fallen star will destroy 1 of the 4 weakpoints garunteed. And from my understanding, the more weakpoints broken, the more stuff it can drop. (also a majority of the enemies in this map are weak to bows, so its easy to clean the map out with him) The map is terrible for gold income, roughly 12k per clear. But if your just trying to stock up on archanea weapons and other A rank rusted drops. This is the best way of doing it Edit: I stand corrected, merc whistle for Hapi doesn't give you access to her beast killing personal skill.

Just finished all 3 routes, so its time for me to start grinding stuff for madening mode. For the usual warriors game stuff. Gold, smithing resources, exp, archanea regalia drops. That kind of stuff. I imagine the fastest way of leveling is just using gold. But that requires atleast one character at max level the normal way to do so. And my highest level is Shez at 72.

Just got him unlocked. Yeah it was right at the start of chapter 5 of my 3rd playthrough. And its really sad that he doesn't have any support coversations at all... Probably going to end up like Anna was in 3 Houses. As someone who just completely sucks due to lack of supports.
