I can't imagine why you would put Selena's Blade in the garbage tier. You trade 2MT for 10 Crit and 5 accuracy, and you switch out -5 dodge for -5 crit evade. Maybe not the best but it seems a solid B or C to me. I would put Paper, Rubber Bow, Chopstick and Ember in C, they are decent training weapons without the drawbacks of bronze weapons. Too weak to use long term though.

I'm guessing that most know this, but you can get most of the joke weapons, including and especially Felicia's plate from Battle/Visit rewards as soon as you hit MyCastle so long as your score is high enough.

My favorites are Peri's Lance, the raider weapons, Moonlight, Paper, Broom, & Frying Pan.

For Corrin, his/her retainers, Caeldori, Laslow, Selena, Oboro I uniformly dislike the royal S-Supports and thought they betrayed the narrative for fan service, except for Azura. Ironic considering their family ties.

Male Corrin - everyone except Sakura & Kagero Female Corrin - I still need Fuga, Izana, Yukimura and Gunter. My motivation is waning to finish up, but I'll get around to it eventually.

Besides what has been said, a big one for me is Mikoto not being Takumi and Sakura's mother. Which means we are missing a queen no one talks about. It would make sense if she died sometime prior to Mikoto's flight from Valla and thus the queen who bore Ryoma and Hinoka.

I think the issue of Ryoma's red outfit is more of cultural issue. Red connotes different things in Japan than it does in Western society. Personally, I much prefer Ryoma to Xander. As a character, Ryoma is significantly more believable as the crown prince than Xander. Xander, for no particularly good reason, will follow his father into madness until he just doesn't in Revelation. Furthermore, of all the Nohr siblings, he is the one that should be most accepting of Corrin's turn in BR and Revelation, but he's literally the last to come around. That just stupid when you consider his supports with various individuals including Corrin's. Xander's characterization in all three paths just speaks poorly of him. As units, I'll take my dodge tank lobster every day, TYVM.

The distinction is what cartridge you own, not the path.

I love the gameplay, even Revelations. The story is garbage, Conquest most of all. But the game is fun enough that I've been playing it almost constantly since launch. So on balance I like Fates.

I don't know that Corrin's motivation makes him/her more villainous. Most of the changes presented in this thread actually absolve Corrin in many ways. The way I see it, if Corrin believes he's doing the right thing, then his atrocities against Hoshido can be chalked up to the typical horrors of war. But with Conquest as written, Corrin had no excuse not to turn his back on Nohr. His failure to do so out of supposed love of his Nohrian siblings is horrendous. He should have told Xander and the rest the truth and if they didn't believe it, then head home to Hoshido and pick up where Birthright left off. The Nohrian sibling know their father is a monster. Choosing their affection and commiting all that evil just to spare their feelings was completely unjustified.

I finally got ahold of the Marth and Ike amiibos and have been using them in a Revelation run. Marth is fine, but Ike is like a darn god with Ragnell and good offensive and defensive stats. His purchasable weapon is a nice souped up steel sword as well. Not the easiest Amiibo to find, but worth it.

I usually have about 12. About 6 kids and their parents usually.

I also take the time to train her outside her base class. Honestly so much of the advice on this forum assumes a no-grind, Conquest type play through. Believe it not some folks play differently. Using the Bolt Naginata works for me as I take the time in my main files to train Azura so magic isn't a big problem for here. YMMV.But I'll tell you what. Enemy AI will ignore any unit that can fight back if they have a choice of another unit that can't. Archers don't make thoughtful decisions they execute their script.

Queen Robin and Chrom, the exalted, rule both Plegia and Ylisse with Chrom being the consort to Queen Robin. Day to day operations are managed by The Elder Princess Lucina. In a meeting with her time displaced parents, the Elder Princess Lucina agrees to accept the regency of Plegia and to serve as its crown princess while her "sister" the Junior Princess Lucina will ascend to Exalted of Ylisse.

I use the bolt naginata. It will make archers think twice about attacking her. If I'm on Conquest I'll use Peri's Lance instead.
