I'm not the best source since my FE7 experience is with a EU VC release of Blazing Blade, but I noticed it while playing and went "Oh. Oh." I mostly go "Pfft." when I see it and then I try to make a half-hearted attempt at muffling my amusement on how silly it is. Then again I'm just as likely to look at lads and ladies alike in equal measure so uh...that probably plays a part in my reactiob being amused rather than anything else.

At this point it feels like the more you try take them at their word for this game something pops up that makes the audience go "Uhhhh...? Do we clap now or...? Oh wait, there's uh, more...?". Confusing is one way to put the PR. I just hope it ends up working in their favour rather than against it.

To avoid confusion, they never had boxart for the regular version when they had the supposed LE up. In other words, they didn't pull both versions boxart down - only the LE. Which adds another dose of skepticism for me, if they had the official retail kit for FEW's release, why on earth would they not put up the image for the regular version? Considering the regular version is the one that will have the most sales (as far as numbers are concerned), that would be a very puzzling move as far as marketing goes - not to mention that pretty much every other EU retailer I've come across has had the regular version's boxart (in it's current iteration) since it was revealed.

As SF's guidelines go, posts should be in English, but those who are ESL/EFL are given leeway on their English - certainly not barred from being here at all. And many are understanding in the case of ESL/EFL - there's plenty of us who are ESL/EFL with varying degrees of proficency in English willing to help, and to us even a fragmented/poorly translated English sentence is something to work with. I know what you're saying re: Google Translate (my native language, Swedish, can't be properly translated through it either), but even if it can't help fully, it's better than not posting at all.

Indeed that wording: I'm very curious on this as well - considering we seem to be getting at least three Pegasus Knights, it would be fair if there's at least one more Wyvern. Personally, I'd be 100% ok with either Minerva or Cherche - even if the latter is a favourite of mine, I'd be a fool to not recognise Minerva's importance to the series (besides she's cool too so). That said, I'd kill for a support between Minerva and Cherche: "So what's the name of your Wyvern?" IS plz make it happen.

Thank you for taking the time to look and critique - I appreciate feedback and pointers. :) I agree that there's something off - particularly now that I see it on a larger monitor compared to my phone. I think Sietje pointed out what's off - it's the lack of symmetry that is the culprit. Hm...Aside from what Sietje pointed out with the eye being a smidge too far to the left, could it be something else that causes it to look off? Like, the lashes or the iris's saturated colour (when compared to rest of the picture)? I kept going over the lashes and iris over and over. :S Yeah "soft" is quite often the word used when my art is described - some of my teachers in school kept telling me to "dare to be rougher" in my work lol. The dress texture was sooo much fun to draw (and the glass beads/pearls), tbh I was a bit worried that I'd end up overdoing it - but somehow it melded together well I think.^^ And thanks for the red-line - I really appreciate visual pointers like these, it's so much easier for me to understand where I went wrong when I can see it visualised. I do see what you mean on the symmetry - I think I rushed it when I drew the guidelines. Actually, me skipping ahead when I draw is a bit of a bane for me unfourtunately - I have this bad habit of skipping ahead to drawing the details because they're too much fun to draw. So I sometimes miss re-checking stuff properly. D:

So uh...I ended up taking the plunge to make this thread, to share what creativity I end up drawing/painting and the like. ;) I mostly work with traditional mediums when I draw/paint but I also do digital work, sometimes on my phone a poor womans excuse for a Cintiq and I strive to improve. Atm, I'm working on getting more used to working in digital and perspective, colour is as ever, a learning subject (there's so much to experiment with after all). Well, that's the gist of this thread basically. So uh, since I'm not savvy with words (and if I'm left unchecked I'll just end up rambling nonsense) I think I'll let my art speak for itself..? Yes that sounds like a plan - onward then! True, one shouldn't lump a large group with the actions of a single person - whoever did this acted on their own twisted sense of justification. In the end, what remains important is that nobody ever excuses the behaviour or turns a blind eye when it arises . To be clear, I haven't seen anyone do this in this case - I'm speaking of the issue in more general terms. Heh - a second positive to listening to Rammstein for me is that it's kept some of my German from rusting completely. Low-key laments the fact I couldn't choose German as my fourth language in middle-school - I got Spanish instead (my second language was English, and my third French). Eh...I'm veering OT now..... Ah, I'll share the tale of my last matchup - I faced Alphonse, Takumi, and a Klein on the 5-4 map (Whitewing map) in my last matchup. In my corner: Camilla, @Frenzify's Beruka, and...a random Palla. It was a close call, but I won thanks to Camilla's Fortify Fliers and Frenzify's Beruka having Iote's Shield and Renewal - she face tanked Fólkvangr...4 times I think? The turn count got absurd though.

Yay! I had hoped something like this would make it in somehow - like those reward maps revisiting scenarios in HW but more substantial - this sounds like it fits the bill.

It's nice to see the confirmation, Sakura is my favourite Hoshidan royal so I'm glad she got her spot (plus bows are my favourite weapons in games - so archer variety is welcome to me) - I guess the next roster update on the JP website will have a trailer for both Sakura and M!Corrin. And with these two in I've basically secured Co-op playing this with my brother - Sakura is his favourite BR character so that makes me extra happy.

*Comes home from work*... Oh no. GDI fandom. Doxxing? The hell? I wish I could say I'm surprised that it happened at all. But...I've seen this happen too many times in fandoms in the past to be surprised anymore. It's utterly despicable behaviour. I...no. I don't have the proper words to express the ire I feel towards those who did this. Just...ugh. While I'm a random internet stranger to you and your friends, I want to give my condolences to your friends going through this - I've had personal acquintances of my own in this position (that went far enough for legal proceedings), so I know how deeply unsettling it can get for those affected.

It's definitely an interesting read and I'm genuinely curious as to where they'll go with the story - what will be changed and what will be expanded. Rn if my skimming of Chapter 8 is correct then we're getting a sweet moment where Camilla is reminiscing about Azura (the doll she's holding in the picture that I posted is an Azura doll). We also get an angry Garon, and worried Nohr sibs. Edit: I just wanted to check, does anyone here go by the name "Philip" in FEH with a Brave!Lyn as their lead? They've been added, but I just want to make sure I mentally note it's someone from SF so I don't accidentally delete them at a later date. Gah that 50 limit is vexing

Well I'm pretty biased on this outfit of hers: There are quite a number who do think so as far as my observations have gone - they literally can't fathom that anyone has another reason to like her.

I guess we (& others) prove the idea that those who like Camilla only because of her fanservice wrong. Heh,I went from Cherche to Camilla in that one (I wanted to go Hinoka too but alas only team at a time), in the end I got to support two favourites so that was a kind of win.
