First draft okay draft. One session of revision gets it done. -
Oh, cool. It's still not very clear on how you submit Build orders, though, because it doesn't treat them as orders at all (they do not have to be written out with a format like orders do). It doesn't even show a table of orders for the Winter. It jumps straight into Spring 1902. Can be a bit confusing when you're not sure what to send in for the phase.
