I feel like I'm the only one that actually likes Camilla. I played Conquest without being immersed in all of this online opinion crap, so I went in with an open mind. I enjoyed her character, because she has a fun personality, and is a somewhat unique character in a series that famously clings to its archetypes. She's also S tier in the game, which helps a lot. Honestly, I had no idea there was so much vitriol about one character. I played Birthright way after, and her cutscenes were kind of embarrassing. But lol at anyone who thinks that this series has ever had "great" dialogue/depth. Overall, she's one of my favorite Fire Emblem characters. It's funny that she's simultaneously one of the most hated/disliked characters and one of the most liked units. She really is a love/hate character. More or less every Fire Emblem video has her as thumbnail clickbait, and all videos with her as a topic have the most views by far (for example, supports and My Room). She also has the most fanart of any FE character by a wide margin.

My crowning achievement was beating Hector Hard Mode. I only used the mine glitch once, to level up Nino she could kill Sonia. Other than that I'm average. I never beat Awakening or Fates on Lunatic. I don't like to work hard at a fucking game.

The main problem I have with him is that he comes up with ridiculous ideas such as "curing depression". Actually, depression is like herpes; once you have it you have it forever and it never goes away. Remember that "functional strength" is largely a meme. I could never work out again and not be negatively affected by it in my day-to-day experience. As far as the compound vs. machine thing goes, compounds are better for building strength, but machines are less strenuous on your body. I don't want to have arthritis when I'm 35 from building a bunch of functionally useless muscle. To each his own, though. There's literally hundreds of threads on bro forums arguing about this same thing.

I do a push/pull style workout myself. I'd recommend that. Really anything will work if you do it for a long enough amount of time. Heres some old man wisdom: stay away from heavy squats, deadlifts, and bench press. They kill your joints and back; there are other ways of training those muscles that are just as effective.
