I have to agree with April.
An artist should be able to look at his/her work and accept criticism in all ways presented, even if it's in the form of a non-talented loudmouth, and be able to shrug it off and reanalyze with a mature and professional attitude. Sure, it would be a nuisance to go back and work on a finished piece when the later may look worse.
I think the problem that was specified was that there is too much hype about one negative comment. You should all just sit tight in your seats and wait for the artists themselves sort it out. You are all just making yourselves look bad.
