    Was Ionius experimented on as well?

    it never specifically states he was but i doubt it. H e couldnt save his own family from them and that sounded like this was the first generation they started to do these experiments on.

    For A, I lean towards Distant Counter if you can afford it. If not Atk/Res Bond is fine too if it is not for Aether Raids; Bonds are too risky to use in my opinion due to the amount of ranged units.

    For B, I do not like Chills and Links on a combat unit since those buffs and debuffs are better on support units. All slots on a combat unit are valuable, and they cannot really afford to run support skills when they can be running combat skills. Shield Pulse does not work with Iceberg. Special Spiral and Wrath are the best out of the bunch, but I recommend Lull Atk/Spd over them for better performance if you can afford it. Quick Riposte is also a strong performance option and it is cheap too compared to other B skills.

    For C, I am not a huge fan of Ploys since the area is so small and you really need to line up your units, which is not always practical. Smokes are good if you plan to have Joshua go through multiple rounds of combat, but it is not very helpful if he only does one round of combat per Enemy Phase turn. I do not recommend Waves since it is not consistent and other units can provide the stat buffs.

    For Sacred Seal, I highly recommend Quick Riposte if you do not have it on you B slot. If you already have Quick Riposte, any skills that boost Def/Res can work, just make sure to tailor to the mode you are using him in. I recommend Bonds since the stat boost is massive, although I recommend against it if it is for Aether Raids due to a large amount of ranged units that can hit whoever is behind him. Close Def, Steady Stance, and Warding Stance are good options since they are applicable anywhere; Distant Def is not as good unless you run Distant Counter. Atk Smoke is also good if he is facing multiple rounds of combat per turn.

    As @daisy jane said, Blade tomes outclasses every offensive tome. Brave tomes are good too but I think Blades still outperforms them by a bit, but I do not think it is enough to justify switching Brave tomes to Blade tomes unless you are going for Counter-Vantage.

    There are two sets for offensive mages: a standard Player Phase Desperation build and a Counter-Vantage build.

    A standard Player Phase build can go either +Atk or +Spd. +Spd is generally better to ensure more doubling. +Atk is not bad, but it is not as necessary since Blade mages will be hitting twice, so they do not need their single hit damage to be astronomical. Counter-Vantage wants +Atk because they need that single hit damage to be insanely high in order to kill things in one hit and not die.

    Player Phase:

    +Atk/Spd

    Blárblade

    Reposition

    Ruptured Sky - Moonbow - Glimmer

    (Any A that boosts Atk/Spd)

    Desperation

    (Any C) - Res Smoke - Savage Blow

    Brazen Atk/Spd - (Any Sacred Seal that boosts Atk, Spd, or Atk/Spd)

    Counter-Vantage

    +Atk

    Blárblade

    Reposition

    Ruptured Sky - Moonbow - Glimmer

    Close Counter

    Vantage

    (Any C) - Res Smoke - Savage Blow

    Brazen Atk/Spd


    Sick thanks for the tips! i do not have the Lull skill sadly but i got quick riposte for sure. and i can afford the DC atm because my nailiah is -Atk and it hinders her hard.Joshua will not be used in aether raids so i may also debate on the A slot skill. Atk smoke or spd smoke will be used for his C then. For B ill go quick riposte or special spiral. For seal ill either go atk res bond or distant def 3. He will pair well with my rutger. Joshua takes care of the ranged units while rutger deals with the close ranged units (ideally)

  3. What is the best option of these skills do you think? Now that I got Rutger to +10 I think Joshua might be the next year long project. These were the best ideas I could come up with. Thoughts?

  4. Silver Wolves. It would be a Axe and sword specialty class. Whether the students wanna master them or hone their skills id be the class. Mercenary and myrmidons would be my main students with some other students looking to branch off from there main study. If i could make my dream team from the entire series it would be Zihark, Gerik, Ike, Rutger, Dieck, Nephenee, Dimitri, and Felix. If i could have more then 8 student i would really like Joshua, Soren, and Greil

    Also, another issue that causes problems is that they have to port the game over to a newer version of SRPG Studio, from what I recall. So there is more going on then just inserting the translated script.

    But that is only half the battle, the other half is inserting your script into the actual game. At this point, it looks as though one would have an easier time digging to the Earth's very core than inserting a script into SRPG Maker. Or maybe colonizing Venus and transforming its atmosphere is a more apt comparison. You get the point.

    Thank you both for the info! i assumed it was something along these lines as that was what the problem was originally so its good to hear they are still working on it.

  7. Annette. She is the only one i thought was gonna be annoying as hell and have no personality and just be a generic dork. BOY was i wrong. she got a great personality and theres for sure lots of depth. Her friendship with mercedes, her dad gilbert, her house and its history, and her personal relationships with all the other characters. Very well rounded and her time skip design and quotes are so amazing. She's your girl!

    The reason I bring up this topic is because in Norne's Meet the Heroes page, Kris is mentioned under her Closely Associated Characters section despite not being in the game yet.

    The only other characters to have mentioned under the Closely Associated Characters section of a character despite not being in the game yet when they were mentioned are Jill and Sothis. Sothis was added as a Mythic Hero not long after the first Three Houses banner, and while Jill has yet to be added, there is the possibility of her showing up on the Farfetched banner this year which I really hope is the case

    What do you guys think? Do you think Kris might be added into Heroes in the future?

    i think theres probably a high probability but i wouldnt say its high on there list priority wise. Another cool kinda on the same lines of this is Rutger. Wehn you tap and hear his dialogue options he mentions Dieck. He never mentions it by name but if you know rutger and his history its clearly Dieck he is talking about. I wonder if those kinda situations are IS way of dropping hints. Maybe?

  9. What i would like to see is a 4th house and 5 of the 8 students have the crests that were lost to time Timotheous, Noa, Ernst, Chevalier and Aubin. Not sure when exactly the best time would be for it but considering the officers academy has been around for 200-300 years i would say near its beginning considering nobody mentions it throughout the story. but i think it would be cool to show off the crests and there downfall from history.

    Genuinely curious as to why RD is your remaster and PoR is your remake. IMO, RD is the one with severe structural issues (especially where unit balance and availability are concerned), and at the very least needs a modern support conversations system. PoR, on the other hand, is structurally sound, with its main complaint being that it's "too easy," which is easily fixed with more difficulty settings.

    RD is my favorite fire emblem so i wouldnt chnage anything about it. its a master piece already. Sure remaking it could even add more to it but Por has a rough combat system, especially flying units and cavalry but overall its still better then lots of the series. Tellius for sure is my favorite which is why i would want them to get the most love. 

  11. symphonia and abyss both got remasters. symphonia on ps3 with its sequel in 1 disc and abyss was on 3ds.
