For chest muscle tones, check out the Beserker/Brigand or some of my sprites i have a few smaller shirtless dudes

For wing shading, look at the wyverns. They're your best bet. For the rest of the shading, have you tried putting down a specific light source? Generally FE sprites have a single light source that all the shadows/shading comes from.
