The merchant strode off ready to start business with the few villagers of Komaki. The old fool had lost a good amount of gems paying the young mercs for their work, but he would gain much more in return in a little bit. After all, his family of merchants had brought enough goods to make themselves a small fortune with the good folk of Komaki. "To the ten hells with ya," Ray said at the departing merchant, who did not hear him, or if he did, he simply did not care at all. "We got what we wanted," Rad told Ray as the both of them started their march across the village's dusty main street. "We made ourselves a bit of gems with no hassle at all." "The road was deserted," Ray agreed, walking with his head lowered. To be honest, the village did not stink. Ray simply had been bitching since they had seen no action during the caravan's trip from Xin to Komaki. Oh how Ray loved to fight off monsters and enemies. It was what he lived for, the adventure. "Here ya go then, Ray," Rad said and they both stopped. Rad handed him half of the gems they had earned that day. Ray set them in his own leather pouch, eyeing his friend closely. "Good amount," said Ray, snickering. "For no trouble at all?" Rad laughed. "I'd say we really are blessed." Ray shared the laugh. "Come on, you big lug you," Rad told his buddy as he pat his shoulder, dust coming off from the pat. "I'll buy you dinner and a drink, perhaps two." "And you'll be paying for my woman tonight, too, I suppose?" Ray glanced at him, innocently. "That will have to come from your own purse, I'm afraid, my wily friend." The two friends strode forward, towards the only tavern in the village. It was not the first time they'd visit such a place, though it would be the first time they visited the "Doomed Dragon's Tavern." Little did the friends know that they were in for some major trouble.

Ok, well, in order to avoid loooooong posts and making you people feel scared with them, I shall post sorta small posts for you to read. Enjoy, this thing is actually getting published, mark my words. Lost Realms Tale 1: The Eclipse Prologue: The Raid At Komaki Village Komaki, Asaki, 043 b.a.t. The young mercenary dropped off from the back of the wagon where he had been riding on, landing on the dusty ground of Komaki village. Moments later, another dropping sound was heard, and Radamanthys Q'etz turned to face his friend Ray Shaleek, who had been riding next to him during the long trip. "Well," Rad heard himself say as he stared all around him. "I think this place doesn't look that bad." There were peasants coming and going, of all ages, for eventhough Komaki village was small, the place was always bustling with activity. And besides that, Rad noted that many of the few asakian villagers who lived here had made their way to the newly arrived trading caravan. "It stinks," Ray gruffed for the fourth time since they had entered the region. He held an irritated face as his friend Rad turned to regard him. "Right," Rad simply blurted out laughing at his friend's expense and went walking past him, just to confront the leader of the merchants of the medium-sized caravan. "Looks like you younglings did your job," the old, bald headed, moustacheless man smiled at the merc. Rad nodded at him and saw how the old man brought out a brownish pouch from one of the pockets of his fine blueish vest, a pouch that Rad noticed was bristling with gems inside. The merchant opened it right in front of him and brought out several assorted colored stones that were the size of small rocks. Gems they were called, and they were the currency in all Phydoria. Without them, nobody ate, nobody was able to buy something, and without them, nobody would be able to work. Rad smiled at the merchant when the old man handed him the convened set of gems that the young merc had charged him for escorting the caravan and keeping it safe from bandits and monsters alike. Rad set the given gems in a pouch of his own. "Ya keep yourselves out of Doom's tavern, ye hear me?" the merchant warned as he pointed a finger at Ray, who had joined Rad to the left side. Rad's friend didn't seem to appreciate the motion and just scoffed at the man. "If you go in there, you're most likely to lose your well earned gems, trust me."

Oh yeah, a few times actually. It happened like a year ago, when some friends of mine invited me over to play basketball. I accepted and well, when we were playing, this big ass guy comes out of nowhere and Bam! Rejected my shot all the way to hell. And yes, I know what kind of rejection you meant.
