Is it really bullshit? I mean, multiple unchanged posts even in a spam topic on a board meant for spam would get you a ban on more serious boards without a second thought. I agree that an explanation is warranted, but the topic was going nowhere fast and it doesn't hurt anyone that it was closed. Especially when none of you were hurt in the making of said topic, so reproducing it wouldn't exactly get you exiled. A topic with expletives that denounces the general moderation style of the staff doesn't help anything, though.

Funny how answering my question with a question doesn't get the topic open. If it doesn't hurt anyone, then you can just as soon make a new topic. If you have some reason that you need that specific topic open, then I'm sure the mods will reopen it.
