it's already optional. there isn't really a reason to turn off grinding for specific modes if a player wants to play super hardcore or whatever and feels tempted to grind or whatever, that's on them, not the game RPGs are by nature made so players can do whatever they want, so limiting options is pointless

In this context, a roles such as Miller or Godfather do not count as tampering. Tampering here is considered to be when another player gets ahold of results and changes them to something else.

You do not need a hammer, but hammering will still end phase immediately.

random encounter is fine for certain things like final fantasy, suikoden, or pokemon where seeing the enemies wouldn't really be a possibility in the older games, but FFXV is definitely the perfect example as to why FF should always have visible enemies
