  1. Snipers are pretty good, the limit on how many you should have is dependent on how much variety you want in your team. You will, however, want Nah to be a General or Hero instead of Wyvern.
  2. All of them are typically much stronger than non-Robin ingame units. Some of the best price/performance ones are Travant and Ashnard, some of the highest maximum potential ones are the Galeboys, DLC Whitewings and DLC Katarina/Micaiah.
  3. The last update was around a week ago, and while it's mostly finished there's still a lot being done with supports and cleaning stuff up, so yes, it's very much alive. And most people here don't care about the official release- the team has said they'll be making an anti-localization patch for the Eng version as well to fix everything NoA screws up (such as names and inevitable censorship).
  4. I think so. But she looks old enough that it could be naturally grey as well. The Grimleal are a breeding cult, Validar could have had a hundred wives for all we know. I'm quite sure the devs weren't intending it to be extrapolated that way, though.
  5. I'm getting the impression that Sniper is the first promoted class being used, and with no DLC I'd hazard a guess that the resources for expensive forges aren't there yet. Probably not the weapon rank to use them, either. The Lunatic Risen have a pretty massive power spike around this time, though, so I don't think this is going to be an isolated incident. You'll need to find some way to put up with it if you want to keep grinding on them.
  6. Depends a little on difficulty. On Lunatic+, which I primarily play, Cht.8 is by far my favorite since it marks the point in the game where you can start doing more or less whatever you want, is the first time the terrain is fully on your side (very nice compared to the stupidity of Cht.5/7 and their unblockable Wyverns) and is filled with Pegasus Lunch (I like Pegs). Cht.18 is also nice because it's a fun break from reinforcements, contains a source of infinite damage, and has a clock, though there's one Griffon in the center of the map that always gets in my way so I can't say it for sure. Tiki's paralogue is also pretty cool, though there's a fine line on possible vs impossible without getting a 1-turn clear. And Cht.15 is fun again because Pegs. On regular difficulties, I still like Cht.8, but Cht.5 becomes much more interesting. Par.1 is nice too (training for everyone) and Cht.9 benefits from the difficulty downgrade as well because Libra never blows himself up (aside from him, it's quite a fun chapter). And finally, I like Cht.22 everywhere. If that's too many, just take Cht.8.
  7. Discipline's a really big one. DSt+ is good too, but everyone who gets it starts with it so it doesn't count as much. Money skills (Despoil/AT) are nice too because, while not reliable, they cover the cost of training weapons and prevent unnecessary GG trips in the middle of training.
  8. You can test it yourself! Just open your Avatar Logbook, find an Avatar recruited through Streetpass with the opposite gender of the one you're currently using, and check their pairings on the bottom screen. If they have Morgan recruited and paired, s/he'll show up there with pink hair. Edit: actually, here's a direct screenshot of what he looks like.
  9. For the people who make a living through donations and stuff (which is way harder than it sounds, so respect them), keep in mind that how entertaining they are and how much they respect their audience counts for far more than how good they actually are at their game. You're not earning money by playing a game, you're earning money by entertaining people by playing a game. People who play for pro teams are basically just like people who play physical sports at the very top. They just have less of a risk of career-ending injuries.
  10. You might want to share how you got the .cia properly patched, because there are a lot of people having trouble with that who would appreciate guidance.
  11. Pretty much. Certain skills help a lot more than others when grinding, so you want to pick them up early for minimum hassle. GF is one of the best for that, and you don't have to go out of your way for it either (from Sumia, at least).
  12. Official art has nothing on ingame portraits. Morgan appears pink in opposite-gendered/unmarried Streetpass teams, and in the Support Log with no relevant Robins available to load.
  13. Morgan's default hair color is pink, according to bugged Streetpass teams. According to this, Robin's canon dad should be someone with pink hair, no? Anyway I don't think it's that big of a deal because if it was true, it would explain nothing about the story, and the purpose of theories is to, well, explain stuff. There's also the whole thing where Grima's blood had to be refined through centuries, and I doubt some random kid would suddenly have that.
  14. Have you made it past Cht.6? The first 6 chapters of IK are in english even if you didn't install the files correctly. What part are you getting the black screen on?
  15. 8+GB SD cards are insanely cheap online, btw, so if space ever becomes an issue, it's far better to upgrade than to just live with it. I have 32GB and it cost about $15 a year ago.
  16. I might have time in a day or two to play around with solo Chrom on Lunatic(+) RaR3 and see if I can come up with anything to help. Currently I don't think I have a complete Lunatic file to cap Chrom on, though, so I'd need to set that up.
  17. When you only have five potential fathers, two of which are Chrom and Robin, "worst in the game" doesn't count for anything on its own. You have to look more at what she can and can't do, and Fred!Cynthia is fine- she's a normal unit, just like Henry and Gaius!Cynthia. LB, Agg, Anathema and a Faire. If he's a Sage, All+2, if he's a Berserker, Hex.
  18. About Agg, I'm not expecting it to be all that helpful in general combat since Chrom will be doing almost all his fighting on EP. It'll only really be useful for bosses (specifically Walhart, Validar and Grima) though you will want it there. But on, say, Cht.24 or RaR3, I don't think it's a must have. Maybe it is for RaR3 if you need it to secure a PP kill on Jaffar, but with the amount of RNG that would already be present it's probably best to just ignore him.
  19. Just use Stahl!Inigo as a Paladin then. Try to avoid using pairs in Apo who don't have S with eachother, and prioritize using children over parents whenever possible (with the exceptions of Robin, Chrom and their spouses).
  20. You can't do that. It needs to be launched with Homebrew every time, and you'll need to keep the patched romfs on your SD card as long as you plan to use the patch.
  21. Vaike!Severa will want to be a Hero with Luna and Axefaire. She doesn't mind being in the back, and would really like a Paladin support, so Fred!Inigo is usually the preferred choice. Stahl!Owain can also work out nicely.
  22. Do RaR3 as soon as possible if you intend to do it at all, since LB isn't a static boost- Chrom will need a ton of levels after getting LB to put it to use. And since DLC is on the table, do LB2 as well, since Res+10 will help massively in RaR3 (there aren't too many mages there, but some of them are scary).
  23. It does exactly the same thing it would if he was up front. Usually Henry!Gerome wants to be a Berserker with LB/Agg/Axefaire/Hex/Anathema. You do need to be careful to pair him with a melee unit though, as Hex won't work at range.
  24. You should beat up a really weak Spotpass team a few times (try FE6 -> Wolt or FE9 -> Mist). They give 50 Renown each, you can very quickly and easily get enough Renown for the early rewards. The Second Seal is particularly helpful, and the Levin Sword, Celica's Gale and Beastkiller are cheap and good too. IR actually is one of the more advanced DLC maps, it's listed as 4 stars of difficulty in the Outrealm Gate DLC shop. While it does scale with difficulty, a map full of promoted units, on a timer, with your team split up and all the enemies with really strong weapons is nothing to sneeze at. For Fred, Luna actually isn't that important- it'll activate rarely because he's not getting a lot of Skl in a hurry, and it won't have much of an effect since it halves enemy Def and it takes a long time on Normal for enemies to have much Def. On the whole, you'll see a better damage output from Wyvern's Str+2. Unless you just like seeing Fred yelling crit quotes, in which case it's very nice.
  25. I more of just answer loads and loads of questions than write big, permanent guides... You might want to credit some of the other contributors in The Lunatic Club (mostly Thor, also Irysa and Clipsey?). Kinda depends exactly what you're giving credit for.
