Then again the problem here in humid continental climates is that we get both extremes. A -5 in December feels worse than a -5 in February for example, as we've grown resistant to the cold through the winter. I-I can't imagine a 25 C without sunlight or humidity Probably with some sort of dry soil that absorbs heat from the Sun and gives off some of it during nighttime.
