And does weapon rank fall under "better stats" or is it something else? And if Oujay has an empire, the members are probably weaker than Oujay or they probably wouldn't follow him. It's like anything could two-shot him. And I'd rather raise Fir in those axefest chapters because 30 crit death>being weighed down by axes. Hell, HM bonuses to Fir, too.
