Evangelion is my all time favorite anime. Hope you enjoy it man! Danganronpa seems like it potentially be really good. Hope it stays faithful to the game (I haven't played the game but have heard good things about it). Usually when you stay faithful to what you're adapting, it ends up being pretty good. Did Monogatari always have so much fanservice? I didn't watch Nisemonogatari so maybe that's why it feels like such a change from Bakemonogatari. Kuroko is another basketball anime, and is compared to Slam Dunk often, so you may enjoy it actually. Besides, there's manservice haha. Yeah I've seen Katanagatari. It has really nice art, but it's pretty much 35 minutes of dialogue and 5 minutes of action every episode, so it feels pretty slow. If you can manage through that though, it ends REALLY well, and once you're done you'll (probably) look back and say "that was pretty good actually". It's one of the better series to come out in recent years. The animation's pretty good, and the plot is nice. It revolves around an organization known as Celestial Being, a very small military organization attempting to unify the world in peace by bitch-slapping anyone at war with one another. They do this through overwhelmingly advanced mobile suits (the Gundams, of course) which are easily decades ahead of current state-of-the-art mechs. The OPs and EDs are all pretty good, but some are really quite catchy. It's also significant in the series for having the largest number of Gundams getting wrecked or seriously damaged over the course of seasons and the movie. I don't know if I want to be a full redo or something and for them to animate all three routes so we can get a good Fate and amazing UBW, or if I just want them to go straight to HF because the idea of seeing the end of that route animated by a decent studio is giving me a boner. Danganronpa's OP is a rap which is awesome and right now it's easily the most entertaining (new) show of this season. Kinda wish they spent more time showing clues though since I couldn't really muster up any good theories, but I think that was done on purpose for entertainment purposes. Anyways yeah, point is, Fall anime chart. Hopefully Sword Art Online will be good this time. Not that I'm gonna watch it or anything. I just can't fucking wait for Valvrave season 2 and Kill la Kill. Those are also pretty much the only two things on there I care about (aside from the Madoka Magica movie). Posted July 17, 2013 Share Posted July 17, 2013 I'm looking forward to, based on that list, Valrave Kill A Kill (Really hoping it doesn't get overhyped to oblivion and then flop) Infinite Stratos S2 White Album 2 (I haven't read the VN, but it got a lot of praise and is regarded as one of the best VN's ever made, so I'm hoping it will be good) And maybe I'll try Pupa, Blaz Blue (never played the games), and Arrpegio. Will probably watch a few episodes of the new pokemon anime as well. Otherwise I will have to wait and see on everything else. I can't believe they're making a 2nd season of Freezing though... Nothing else stands out quite like that one does, but I'm hoping Log Horizon will be Sword Art Online done right. Either way it's basically guaranteed to be better. Oh, Galilei Donna also looks pretty cool. I can't believe they're making a 2nd season of Freezing though...Apparently it was pretty hot.
