Chocolate Kitty
Damn it I was gonna say FE XD On a serious note, Megaman Battle networks are good games, Yggdra union or however its spelled it a good one too. ToP(Tales of Phantasia) is a good one, but I prefer the SNES version. Super Mario: Superstar Saga is one of my favorites. The FFA games are also pretty fun. Dr. Tarrasque
Tales of Phantasia. I'd recommend playing the SNES version instead of the GBA. Megaman Battle Network Series You can/should skip the first game. Though if you're one of those who feels that it is necessary to play a series from start to finish, play the first but don't expect much. Megaman and Bass The SNES version (Rockman & Forte) has better camera and the dash as a button is a nice thing to have when playing as Bass. Only reason to play the GBA version over it is if you must read the game script and trivia CDs in-game and not in the Game Script on GFAQs. To add to these lists, Castlevania Circle of the Moon and Aria of Sorrow.
JaketheGr3at
Monster Rancher Advance and/or Monster Rancher Advance 2. I never played the 2nd one but surely it can't be any worse than the first one. They made games for that show! Awesome . And thank you Naga, all good ideas. I will be set for a while thank you everyone
Guest Wen Yang
I second the Super Robot Wars suggestion. And if you're new to the series, there's an english patch for SRW J that's already completed too.
Strawman
They made games for that show! Awesome . And thank you Naga, all good ideas. I will be set for a while thank you everyone They have made a lot actually. I've only played Advance, but from I looked up about the others they all pretty much seem the same. The only real difference is the monsters in them. Its way more addicting than you think it would be honestly.

Ike-Mike
I'd recommend playing the SNES version instead of the GBA. Or even better, get the PSX version. Kirby and the Amazing Mirror. Awesome Kirby game that plays like a Metroidvania. It might've been my most favorite Kirby game if it didn't fall short on a few points. Florete
Metroid Fusion Metroid Zero Mission Warioland 4 Mario and Luigi: Superstar Saga Zelda: The Minish Cap And to add my own: Any Donkey Kong Country game Any Super Mario game, including Yoshi's Island. Yeah, they're all Super Nintendo ports, but they're just as good/better. You could also try Fire Emblem.
Integrity
Whoa wait nobody said Donkey Kong Country yet? The first one is incredible, the second one tops it, and I can't speak for number 3. Do it.
Ein
Not sure if it's been mentioned but you could try the Summon Night: Swordcraft Story games.
Florete
Whoa wait nobody said Donkey Kong Country yet? I did. 8 minutes before you. The first one is incredible, the second one tops it, and I can't speak for number 3. Do it. Agreed, agreed, and the third is also very good. For me it's 2 > 1 = 3.
