1. Hot Fuzz

2. Shaun of the Dead

3. Transformers movies etc.

It is an inappropriate time and place for me to make a proper (sober) top ten choice, so just stick with these until I post otherwise.

That movie was the shit. Loved the rampage the duo caused in the end.

Fucking I know right. Even if I was totally sober, that would be my number 1 choice ever.

Can I multiply my choice by ten so it counts as all ten of my choices?

Lord of the Rings (trilogy)

Star Trek First Contact

Man I do like First Contact as a movie, but it's spot in the Next Gen narrative is pretty tenuos, I mean they went kind of batshit with Picard's character, also the plot made minimum sense.

At least it was >> Insurrection and >>> Nemesis.

Seeing as how you also enjoyed the objectively bad Michael Bay Transformers movies, I'm suspicious of your opinion.

I liked them because I found them fun. But I would definitely not put them in my top 10, or top 20. And I can barely remember the names of some movies I've seen.

I hated them because I found them unfun. But it's good to know it won't be in any of your tops at least.

P.S. you should watch the '86 one.

I'm easy to please. Stuff blew up. But I liked the first one much more than the second one. Wasn't there a third one? Never even saw it.

I think I tried watching the movie once, but for some reason I never finished. And I may have seen it when I was younger but I can't remember. Long time ago.

There was, and it's even worse than the other two. But yeah since you're easy to pleasy you should definitely watch the '86 one.

Argh edit.

In no particular order:

Prince of Persia

Empire Strikes Back

Revenge of the Sith

Rush Hour 2

Sky Captain and the World Tomorrow

Resident Evil: Apocalypse

Independence Day

Titan A.E.

Flyboys

Forbidden Kingdom

Plenty of other movies I like but these are the ones I liked the most (and some are on this list for how much I liked them 'at the time' or how much they impacted me, etc)

Man On Fire is a good film indeed. It's not like a Michael Bay film at all. A guy takes up a job as a bodyguard, and grows attached to the child of the family, acting as a parent while her parents are not around.

The child gets kidnapped and demand money for her return. So the guy goes around trying to find her, taking out anyone who gets in his way.

It is enjoyable to watch.

I liked what I saw of Memento, but I haven't seen the whole thing, so.

The only Michael Bay Transformers I watched was watched on the band bus, with the low brass section making running commentary and occasionally pretending to reenact the makeout scenes as they played. That was amusing, but I got the idea that the movies wouldn't be nearly as amusing without the band bus, so I didn't watch any more.
