It is partially hard to prove but it can be proved. HE can say who visited someone and that someone can verify if they did or didn't. Pick someone else. I'll be honest, after Clipsey linked back to Blitz's post I also am starting to think he was trying to say he has a town PR, and I didn't catch that earlier in the game.
