He time-travelled to start a new nation and his many children with Tanya began the royal bloodlines of all nations (a parallel to Abraham). That's why we get Othin's Handaxe despite him being the only character with his name on a weapon but no spotpass (aside Chris, who won't be coming soon for obvious reasons). He will join you as a caped hero with an infinite-use Pugi only usable by him and his son. He will be generous enough to lend the other hero Ike his class sprite.
