Canas_and_his_Monocle
Brom I find he gets better resistance Gatrie's less helpful if he's defenseless against the mages even if he gets more strength. But then I've never really given Gatrie a fair chance I reckon. Also, do any of you people use the boots on your main general? I used mine on Brom and he stopped lagging behind. Ϲharlie
I don't use boots on my Generals because I normally bench them after a while. I've never found much of a use for them in the mid and late parts of the game.

Sir Canas
I'm curious, who would you give the boots to?Canas, because he's cool and would look good in them. I'm sure you would agree. In Radient Dawn I gave them to Ike because somebody on a website told me to. Can't remember who I gave them to in PoR, I think it might of been someone stupid the first time and the second time it was Gatrie (to help his little problem Edit: just noticed you weren't asking me :(. sandmanccl
I've never had a problem with the movement range of generals because my usual strategy involves finding a location where there's only two spots the enemy can pass to get to the rest of my guys and then block it with the armor knight and someone else that the AI isn't as likely to attack, meaning they all bunch up on the tank. I find there are very few maps that really make use of the high movement range of a lot of units. I would say "horse units", but with Canto now, they can run in short hops and get right back to where they were.
Ϲharlie
I'm curious, who would you give the boots to? They normally go to one of my Sages. Tormod aside, they have the same movement range as Generals and I actually use them throughout the entire game.
Neko Arc Chaos
Personality-wise I would vote for Tauroneo. But stat-wise its Gatrie. Brom can go die in a fire for all I care.

Kintenbo
Obviously Gatrie wins, but none of them are like Oswin. At least you don't have to worry about Gatrie getting hurt by weapons. Sigh, if the maps weren't so big in this game....
xanatha
I'll have to say Gatrie, but I hardly use the generals. Maybe I put someone in chapter 17 (Day break)

Tino
Brom. The fattest of them all is actually the fastest and has actual supports.

Hibari
I didn't really use knights/generals when I played, but I'm gonna try to use 'em my next playthrough. I should have an answer by then.

Eltoshen
Gatrie just for the looks factor. He actually looks much more mature in fe10, and looks less like a stupid blonde as well. Stats can go suck my dick. Edited December 21, 2008 by Eltoshen
Killer Poleax
Gatrie just cause of his blue armor. I'm not a big fan of generals cause of their low mobility and low speed.
Ϲharlie
Low speed isn't much of an issue thanks to the Knight Ward. I still think Brom is the best General in this game.
