Rawkstar Posted October 6, 2012 Share Posted October 6, 2012 (edited) Hey everyone, so I've noticed a lot of threads comparing 2 things such as Priscilla vs Lucius but I thought, what if we had one thread for all of that stuff?! In this thread, I don't want long posts arguing over stupid things, I just want each person to list two of anything (whether they are from the same game or not) and the the person under them to answer, and then ask their own comparison. Rules: Whatever is being compared must be in the same category, so for example, weapons CANNOT be compared with characters Things being compared are NOT REQUIRED to be from the same game, so feel free to compare things from different games (but label which games they are from) Feel free to repeat previously asked questions, just don't do it consecutively Feel free to explain your reasoning, or debate with someone else's decision, BUT MAKE SURE to leave a comparison question open at the end for anyone else joining the conversation Keep questions opinion based, DO NOT ask about things that there are certain answers to (ex: Whose growth rates are better: Seth or Ross?). Have fun! Ideas for what you can ask questions about: (Do not limit yourself to these) Characters Character couples (Must have had official support conversation in game) Weapons Story lines Chapter maps (Links to images would be appreciated) Death Quotes (Include the actual quotes when writing it) Anything else fair to compare Here's an Example: [Rules and such] Jaffar (FE7) or Joshua (FE8)? Hmm...I have to say Joshua!Falchion (FE11) or Ettard (FE9/FE10)? That's a tough one...Both are great swords. I guess I'll choose Ettard.Ephidel (FE7) or Limstella (FE7)? It's that easy. Sound like fun? So just try and keep the rules in mind. Enough of hearing me talk, here's the starting question: Who was a better boss: Lyon/Fomortiis (FE8) VS Nergal (FE7)? While L'Arachel has okayish bases and good growths, her joining time kills any potential she has. I'm totally not being biased because I'm a Priscilla fanboy, yep. Rogue!Colm or Assassin!Colm?
