Because this isn't real life, and developers wouldn't want two characters getting a bonus at the same time because their birthday is on the same day. I share mine with Gangrel, my brother shares his with Chambray, my sister shares hers with Inverse, and my grandma shares her with Vaike. Oh, and one of my close friends shares hers with Lon'qu.
