I've only had steak maybe once or twice in my life, but I always want them well done.

I feel sorry for you.

Generally, I prefer it medium to well done, but if the place really knows how to make a good steak, then I prefer it red and bloody.

I have always had them well done. Its just how my family cooks them. Though i'd be okay with trying it Medium or medium well done.

what is wrong with you guys

RARE ONLY, and sometimes BLUE RARE if I trust the butcher

anything higher than medium rare ruins the flavor of the steak. especially well-done. might as well just get the cheapest steak because it'll all taste the same

If you get a cheap cut of meat and undercook it, it'll end up being steak-flavored bubblegum. Medium-rare is reserved for naturally tender cuts of meat.

This is coming from the same lady who eats raw fish on a regular basis.

Is it bad that I consider the steak to have a far better flavour when well-done?

WOW, I'm REALLY sorry guys. I guess I was really tired from yesterday's events (it doesn't help I got 2 hours of sleep beforehand).

Firstly, some appropriate music:

What made you choose your name? Specifically, name(s) you use online/on this site etc

I chose the name "Interest" because I wanted to cloak my old handle and when coming up with this one I was also opening a bank account for the first time in preparation for college. I also realized how commonly used the word was but how uncommonly used the name was. I was making an account for <check profile for the site>

I chose the name "Mameman" because I used to have a multi-game CD-ROM that used the dubious-sounding Multiple Arcade Machine Emulator and for some reason that was what I recalled. I was making an account for Runescape.

PKLucas comes from Mother 3, 531 are numbers I added because I was like 9 and thought adding my b-day to my username was cool and creative.

I always wanted to change it but I'm too lazy and uncreative to think of something.

And I used the same name here so the few people I knew from here would recognize me.
