Anacybele
Whoa. Guys, the first wild Pokemon I ran into upon completing the league was Zapdos. o.o But...it fled before I was given the opportunity to do anything. How am I supposed to catch it if I can't do nothing to it? Edited November 5, 2013 by Anacybele

Anacybele
Oh, I see. Thanks. :P Also, I just caught the rare Rotom! What luck it was finding it in the garbage. lol But it's rare, so I had to catch it! It was in its heat form too, my favorite. ^^
Quintessence
Iirc you must face zapdos 12 times until he ends up in the Sea Spirit's Den. Also what Rare Rotom?
Anacybele
Huh? What do you mean? Rotom is a rare Pokemon, that's all. :/ You'll only find it in the trash cans, and even then it's the rarest possible Pokemon to see in the trash. And it was the first thing I found when I went back to explore the ruined hotel a bit more! Edited November 6, 2013 by Anacybele
shadykid
Rotoms aren't rare, they just only appear on Tuesdays >_>
Nobody
Literally the first pokemon I saw in a trash can was a rotom.
Anacybele
Rotoms aren't rare, they just only appear on Tuesdays >_> No, they're rare. Like I said, they have the lowest encounter rate of trash can Pokemon. I did encounter a second one though. But that was just a lot of luck. dondon151
But...it fled before I was given the opportunity to do anything. How am I supposed to catch it if I can't do nothing to it? use a pokemon that outspeeds it with a trapping move, or use a pokemon with a trapping ability (shadow tag) that said, it's way easier to wait for it to stay in one place. LuxSpes
use a pokemon that outspeeds it with a trapping move, or use a pokemon with a trapping ability (shadow tag) that said, it's way easier to wait for it to stay in one place. You can't even do that, it flees before you even get to see the fight menu.
dondon151
does it flee before you send out a pokemon?
Konnor97
does it flee before you send out a pokemon? No, but I just tested with my Wobbuffet, and it fled, even though Wobbuffet was sent out. You literally can't even attempt to capture it before it goes to the Sea Spirit's Den (or whatever it is).

JSND Alter Dragon Boner
it's not overhyped in speedruns Normal Lucario still beat Mega Lucario in speedrun This is like one of the reason why Venusaur is S Tier compared to Charizard A Edited November 6, 2013 by Eradicator Boner
shadykid
Normal Lucario still beat Mega Lucario in speedrun This is like one of the reason why Venusaur is S Tier compared to Charizard A yeah well that Lucario comes with a mega stone so therefore it's Mega Lucario even if you don't use it

Kon
I've been breeding goomy for 5 hours so far, using the masuda method and no shiny whatsoever. I'm so unlucky =/ Try 300+ Eevee with not a single shiny to be found. :<
