Kinumi Posted December 30, 2017 Share Posted December 30, 2017 Spoiler I FOUND OUT BELATEDLY THAT SEKAI WA KOI NI OCHITEIRU GOT A SEQUEL it was released in 2015 lmao so im really late but i guess i just never looked for one because the original song was composed as an anime opening and i thought the mv that accompanied it was just a little reference to the anime it was made for. but apparently these characters actually have their own storylines within the honeyverse and ahhhh!!! Spoiler the opening picture for the world is falling in love is so cute lol i remember watching this back when it was released and wondering why this guy had not one but two girls fall for him bc he aint even cute really. i was kinda upset bc i thought the girls deserved better I REMEMBER REALLY DISLIKING THE BROWN-HAIRED GIRL ONCE I FOUND OUT THAT THE BLACK-HAIRED ONE HAD A CRUSH ON HIM TOO BUT I DON'T EVEN REMEMBER WHY BECAUSE IT WASN'T EVEN HER FAULT. both are good and i like both i think i was mad that the brown-haired girl was essentially cockblocking the black-haired girl but she didn't even know that the latter liked him and she was trying her hardest too lmao why was i mad, i have no idea this scene was rly emotional despite not being in colour i loved it OK THE KILLER PART WAS WHEN ONE OF THE GIRLS MET THE BOY ON THE ROOFTOP AND THERE WAS A SPLIT-SECOND FRAME OF THE OTHER GIRL BEHIND THE DOOR both of them were in shadows so they were unidentifiable but people kinda accepted it was the brown-haired girl who scored him because that was how the anime went however there came an unexpected sequel, chord of love, a year later the opening pic for this is super cute too, i love yamako's art style this song kinda fucked me up at the beginning because it had a really bittersweet sound and the song was also solely from the perspective of the brown-haired girl i saw this scene and i was like "oh ok the boy sends stupid notes, he must be attractive to them bc of his sense of humor" this montage was really cute THEN I SAW HOW SAD THE BROWN-HAIRED GIRL WAS WHEN SHE SAW THE BOY HANGING OUT WITH BLACK-HAIRED GIRL AND I WAS LIKE, WAIT FUCK, I ACTUALLY REALLY LIKE BOTH NOW i got really mad at this because this was when i realized he had a major visual upgrade between the first mv and the second wtf!!! YAMAKO DREW HIM SO MUCH BETTER?? i felt backstabbed the part where they were kinda tense and awkward but then made up really quickly made me happy again i love their friendship when did this guy start looking so cool, is it the trombone at this point i was like, "ok it's over, brown-haired girl really snagged the boy. rest in peace my black-haired fave" but then the ending revealed that she was the one standing behind the door what the fuck!!!! what a twist i am feelin every emotion in the world, i simultaneously like and dislike all three characters rn Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
