General Horace Posted March 29, 2014 Author Share Posted March 29, 2014 (edited) I'm gonna say no because this bond thing was mentioned after all the teams were finalized, and you had her DEAD LAST on your pick list, meaning you had no intention of taking her before this was all mentioned.
