Not gonna post them here for obvious reasons (posting n00ds gets your SF account banned, in case you don't know) but if you so much as google for it, you'll find them easily.

I'm just saying this here so you good people here know they exist.

Particular favourites of mine are of Jennifer Lawrence. Everything else doesn't matter to me.

if they didn't want the pictures leaking out, shouldn't have let them exist in the first place. I'm not saying it's their fault, but it's not not their fault, either.

Okay, how could one's conscience possible allow someone to go after those images? It's bad enough that the privacy of these people has been violated, but there is no need to turn yourself into an accomplice of the act too.

I don't think me posting this here will make any difference on the amount of coverage this has already received.

Since when is "everybody else is doing it" an accessible excuse? I get the concept of peer pressure but I don't see that applying here.

As if the fact that those images are accessible because of some asshole changes anything about them being nobody's business but the people featured on them. If something was okay simply because it was possible, then we wouldn't need any laws ever.

And you do seem to at least think that your topic will make a difference, given that you wrote in your OP that you made this topic specifically so that "the good people here know they exist".

This...

But I do feel bad for them.

I'm not exactly sure what you're trying to argue here. If you're that mad about it, go on other internet social websites where there are thousands upon thousands of internetters fully aware of this situation and sharing the images.

I for one think Jennifer Lawrence is smoking hot, so I'm pretty happy to have seen the evidence to back up my assumptions. You can do what you like, I'm not bothered.

dude, what

Those were pictures intended to be for her significant other. In NO WAY is it her fault that a hacker got a hold of them. "Shouldn't have let it exist in the first place" is a bullshit excuse, please stop

jennifer lawrence is pretty damn hot, not disagreeing, but it's not her fucking fault jfc

I didn't say that it was her fault. However the fact that they merely exist means that there is a possibility - no matter how remote - that things will leak out into places where these pictures weren't intended to reach. And that's exactly what happened.

If a celebrity such as Lawrence even goes nude to use a bathtub or shower, or in her house or trailer or something, there is a possibility - no matter how remote - that some asshole tabloid photographer will get a shot. It may be advisable to protect one's private property and person, but that's not the same thing as suggesting one is in any way liable for that.

Sure there was a risk, but knowing that they didn't want others to see it at all says to me that we should respect that. No matter how much "they should have seen it coming."

Not even that they should have seen it coming. They obviously assumed their content was safe/deleted/whatever, but that wasn't the case.

I didn't say they were liable. The content exists, the content got out. There's nothing more to it.

nudes don't really do anything for me tbh, i mean, i'll always appreciate a good body no matter what but it's still a bunch of pixels

as for the subject of who's to blame, it's always a double edged sword, but i'll stand by it being more the hackers fault than anything.

naked bodies really aren't that big of a deal once people are over 18 anyway.

Accomplice? Get out of here. You are no more an accomplice to the act of invasion of privacy by finding these images than you are an accomplice to murder by watching an ISIS execution video.

If you exist on this earth you are at risk of someone harming you might as well just stop existing amirite

seriously I second CR's post this is a serious violation of privacy I'm honestly disgusted

If you want naked pics of people go find some free porn or something don't look at stuff that people did not consent to be distributed
